| In recent years,the country and society more and more emphasize the importance of family education,family style,pay attention to the role of family education.Family is the primary environment for people to grow up,and parents are the people who have the greatest influence on their children,so the parent-child relationship in the family has become an important part of life.Parent-child relationship,as the most basic and important family relationship,is the first interpersonal relationship that children need to deal with.With the growth of children age,from infants to children,grow to teenagers,teenagers are in a critical period of life development.During this period,they were apparently mature and stable,with many childish thoughts inside.They long for independence,but they need attention.Facts show that teenage children have a delicate relationship with their parents.As parents,it is difficult to properly grasp the distance between them and their adolescent children,and their children are often tired of their parents’ discipline.In the long run,there will be conflicts between parents and children.If the relationship between parent-child is properly handled,it will have an important and positive impact on the life of teenagers.The cultivation of parent-child relationship in the family is not only a problem of individual families,but also needs the common attention of the society and the school.Guided by the guidance of family communication theory and advantage perspective theory,this paper adopts interview method,literature research method and participation observation method,selects M community in Ulanhot as the survey site,and adolescent children in M community as the research object to study the parent-child relationship of teenagers in M community.Using social work theory,methods and values to adjust the parent-child relationship of teenagers,we interviewed 17 families in the community,summarized and analyzed the problems and causes of adolescent parent-child relationship in M community,and selected 2 families for case intervention.For family between different degrees and different types of problems,adjust the relationship between parent-child parties,realize effective communication,let parents communicate with young children,restore to normal parent-child relationship,open up between parent and child,open the knot,at the same time play a social work professional service role in the field of parent-child relationship.This paper consists of five parts: introduction,three chapters and summary.The introduction part focuses on the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,reading and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,details the research content and the theories and methods used,and finally defines the relevant concepts.The first chapter first introduces the basic situation of Ulanhot city and M community,community environment,population and surrounding resources.Interviews with the families of adolescent children in M community,combined with the interview content,summarized the status quo of parent-child relationship of teenagers in M community.The above six parts explained the factors affecting parent-child relationship: family economic status,parents ’education level,daily life care,parents’ work style,parents’ education concept,and physical and mental characteristics of teenagers.The analysis of the problems in the parent-child relationship in a family mainly includes three aspects: lack of understanding and companionship between parents and children,improper parent-child relationship,and intensified conflicts between parent-child and children.The causes of the problems are described from two perspectives of inside and outside the family.Chapter 2 mainly intervenes in the families with parent-child relationship problems in the M community.After understanding the plan,establish a professional relationship with the client,show the owner of the basic process of the case intervention,estimate the needs and problems of the service object,make work plans according to the needs of the service object,carry out parent-child activities according to the plan,evaluate the service plan,and understand the achievement of the target.After a period of intervention service,the parent-child relationship in the owner’s family improved,the parents and children can consider the problem from the perspective of the other party,the communication times,the communication content is rich,and timely correct the previous bad communication methods,the family members’ lifestyle and psychological state to a good direction.The third chapter is "Reflection and Suggestions on Social Work Intervention in Parent-child relationship among Teenagers in M Community".Through case work intervention,the advantages and limitations of social work intervention in parent-child relationship are explored and refined,and discussed in detail how to deal with the problem of parent-child relationship.Summary part,is the review and understanding of the whole research process,through social work intervention can effectively improve bad parent-child relationship to a certain extent,at the same time should increase the propaganda of social work professional,respect the personalized development of teenagers,parents care,family warmth,school attention and social support into teenager’s life,ensure its healthy growth. |
