A Study About Involving Social Work In Teenagers' Deviant Behaviour,Illustrated By The Case Of A Junior High School In Xinyuan County

The hope of the future of the country as a teenager,as the reserve army of the nation undefined future talents,its physical and mental health development in all fields of our country attaches great importance to.However,in the period of teenagers undefined development,their world outlook,outlook on life and values have not yet formed a sound and healthy state because of their unsound physical and psychological development.And adolescents in adolescence have the characteristics of emotion,impulsiveness,curiosity and so on.They can not restrain their bad behavior well,can not adjust their emotions and repugnant to the new environment,so they are likely to have various kinds of deviations.For example: skipping class,smoking,drinking,fighting,early love,running away from home,etc.,are against the rules and regulations of the school,and crime is harmful to the physical and mental health of others,and bring bad influence to the society.Some teenagers are expelled from school or voluntarily dropped out of school,thus becoming a social group.Youth social work is an important part of professional social work.It uses the values and professional ethics of social work,and revolves around youth education,supervision,management,protection,and safeguarding rights.Development and other comprehensive services carry out social service activities to maintain and promote the survival and development of young people.According to the survey,although the school management model of W Middle School in Xinyuan County followed the requirements of the new era,many students even achieved the best results.However,young people with deviant behavior do not have specific management policies and management skills to prevent bad behavior,and the family education model is unscientific,and so on.The ways in which schools and families deal with behavioral deviations not only make students less aware of the seriousness of their own behavior,but also cause students to resent it.As a result,the school develops Internet addiction,campus violence,campus bullying,smoking and drinking.Early love ran away from home,tired of school skipping and other bad behavior.Social workers through questionnaires,informal interviews,field observation,class teacher and class teacher recommended methods such as early love,run away from home behavior of teenagers,take a case work professional method to carry out intervention services.Through the theory of ecosystem,the theory of social connection analyzes the causes of deviant behavior from the angle of oneself,family,school,peer group and society,designates the social work intervention plan,strengthens the social work intervention function,uses the social work appraisal method.Summarize the effectiveness of the work.This paper mainly studies the importance of social work intervention in adolescent deviant behavior,and evaluates the effect of social work intervention on the youth undefined own family,school,community and society.At the same time,reflect on the social work involved in the deficiencies and suggestions.
