With the development of society, more and more experts and scholars have recognized the importance ofteacher education. As a core component of teacher education, the development of teachers’ professional is theultimate goal of teacher education. Some studies show that the effect of instructional reflection which is as ameans of teachers’ professional development is very significant. With the rapid development of informationtechnology, teacher education become informationalized.How to do instructional reflection based on networkenvironment has become the hot issues currently. Yet kinds of instructional reflection practice which based onnetwork environment are carried out in full swing, there is very few case which can make teachers to experiencethe fun and to do teacher reflection spontaneously. Looking for the cause, most of teachers do the instructionalreflection independently currently, while self-reflection is often limited to self-talk and it is difficult to play thecritical evaluation function, problems which are in the education teaching process can’t be really found byreflection. In addition, only depending on individual ability,these problems which are found from instructionalreflection still cannot be well solved, as a result of the teachers’ instructional reflection which based on networkenvironment which is lack of experts’ leading.Over time, teachers’ instructional reflection has become a formalitymerely. As the saying goes, many hands make light work, teachers’ collaborative reflection can compensate forthe shortage of teachers’ independent reflection. From this perspective, this study attempts to build teachercollaborative reflection model based on network environment to provide support for the practice of frontlineteachers reflection.First of all, from the perspective of the literature research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the researchcases on teachers’ collaborative reflection at home and abroad, thus it gets inspiration the necessity and feasibilityfor building teachers’ collaborative reflection model based on network environment. Secondly it studies themechanism of teachers’ collaborative reflections based on network environment, which involves the elements andits functions of teachers’ collaborative reflections based on network environment, the interaction process and waysamong each element. It provides the theoretical guidance to construct teachers’ collaborative reflection modelbased on network environment. Then it designs specific implementation steps of teacher collaborative reflectionmodel based on the network environment. Finally the author organizes teachers to carry on the practice accordingto the model, and then interviews them after preliminary application in order to realize the effectiveness anddisadvantages of the model.
