Research Of Employability Training In Qhdvtc From Supply Chain Sight

Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, it is the precondition of socialharmony and the steady construction of economic. As the backbone of socialdevelopment, the employment of college students has been widespread concern. Thereis a large gap between vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges whether in thesocial reputation or social recognition. The employment pressure of vocationalstudents shows more serious situation. Enhancing the employability of vocationalstudents is the core path to solve their employment problems. Supply ChainManagement is a theory effectively combining production and sale, it is similar withthe characters of vocational training and vocational education. Introduce the idea ofthe supply chain into vocational education, and build the network chain structure ofvocational education, in which economic and social development is demand-driven,the information is highly integrated and the resource shared freely, thus enhance theemployment competitive ability of higher vocational college graduates. Therefore, wecan effectively solve the employment problems that the mismatches between talentsupply of vocational colleges and the demand of market.This paper studies on the process of comprehensive literature analysis andinvestigation, including interview method, statistical analysis, and etc. Firstly,understand the theory connotations of supply chain management and theoreticalfeatures by extensive looking up literatures, investigation, collecting Chinese andforeign periodicals, books and the related information on the Internet. Secondly,explains the connotations and structure of employment ability according theemployment status of vocational students, and studies the feasibility that supply chainmanagement theory is applied in the employability of vocational students. On this basis, this paper designs the students employability questionnaire of QinhuangdaoVocational and Technical College combining the actual situation, investigates theself-assessment status of employability and the needs status of employability. Then thispaper detects analyses the questionnaire using SPSS statistical software. Thecomprehensive analysis results reach the employability elements of QinhuangdaoInstitute of Technology. This paper also analyzes the reasons why employability islacking through the train current situation of employability in Qinhuangdao Institute ofTechnology. Finally, this paper proposes the reform discussion in employabilitytraining of higher vocational college students from enrollment, education and training,employment mechanism and employer.
