| Research Purpose: The study aims to research and analyze the middle aged andelderly people’s situation and their improvement of physical, psychological and socialadaptation with24weeks’ practice of fitness qigong big dance, analyzing its healthand physiological function with the contrast feedback data that before the practice andafter the practice. The fitness qigong big dance can offer reference to the nationaltraditional sports health culture, promote the national fitness, and keep far away fromthe sub-health state.Research Methods: The paper mainly uses literature review, questionnaires,experiments and other research methods for data collection, with the use of SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis, declaring the regulation function of fitnessqigong big dance for sub-health. The study aims to research and analyze the middleaged and elderly people’s situation and their improvement of physical, psychologicaland social adaptation with24weeks’ practice of fitness qigong big dance, analyzingits health and physiological function with the contrast feedback data that before thepractice and after the practice. The fitness qigong big dance can offer reference to thenational traditional sports health culture, promote the national fitness, and keep faraway from the sub-health state.Research Results:1. Practicing fitness qigong big dance can promote the physical quality of themiddle-aged and old, such as the reaction time and grip strength for the middle-aged,the reaction time and standing on one foot with eyes closed for the old.2. Practicing fitness qigong big dance has a good effect on the body function index ofthe middle-aged and old, such as blood hemorheology, blood glucose, blood lipid,blood pressure, heart rate and body composition, and the index of lung capacityimprovement is most obvious.3. Practicing fitness qigong big dance can improve practitioners’ joy of life; promotetheir psychological health, attention, mood, feeling empty and cognitive ability of themiddle-aged and old.4. The dance can promote the social adaptation of the middle-aged and old, and the middle-aged and old will make themselves better integrate with the social, adjust theirbody and mind, thus to achieve the perfect state of harmony and unity.Conclusions: From the whole process of experiment, it can be concluded that thefitness qigong big dance can improve the body quality and body function of themiddle-aged and old; it has good effect on the practitioners’ psychological, socialadaptation and sub-health state, and the practitioners have high recognition for itspractice feeling and its effect. The fitness qigong big dance is a set of scientific andeffective fitness methods and means, and has positive and effective effect on physical,psychological, social adaptation and sub-health state. |
