Object:The study aims to research and analyze the middle aged and elderly people's situation and their improvement of corporeity,composition and balance.The fitness qigong big dance can offer reference to the national traditional sports health culture,promote the national fitness,and keep far away from the corporeity,composition and balance.Methods:The study aims to research and analyze the women in middle aged and elderly people test 30 xi 'an yanta distric to situation and their improvement of corporeity,composition and balance.with 24 weeks' practice of fitness qigong big dance,analyzing its health and physiological function with the contrast feedback data that before the practice and after the practice.Will be divided into the experimental group and control group,experimental group exercise intervention,is divided into two hours in the morning and evening every day.Before and after the experiment using a single set of design.Physical quality test by tsinghua tongfang instruments,body composition tests using the memory function "dual energy X-ray measurement,in order to ensure the experimental results,the researchers besides practicing qigong big dance,other way of life unchanged.Every day in practice under the guidance of personnel,to quit or other situation cannot continue to participants,eliminate.Result:Experimental group by six months fitness qigong big dance practice,its choice reaction time all has obvious changes,the experimental group of the women in middle aged and elderly people's in front of the practice of choice reaction time was 0.55±0.09,after practice was 0.43±0.12,statistically significant difference(T=4.38,P<0.05);Experimental group before the practice crook before the seat body was 12.01±2.74,18.09±3.56 after practice,and statistically significant difference(T=7.41,P<0.05);The steps of the experimental group before practice index was 52.12±4.56,64.98±4.96 mm,after practice and statistically significant difference(T = 10.45,P < 0.05);Through fitness qigong big dance exercises,the experimental group in the body fat percentage,body fat content,bone mineral content and so on three indicators aspects has changed significantly,and the difference has significance(P < 0.05);Experimental group in the practice of static,static left foot and static feet in overall stability index and stability index and stability index around before and after the three indicators are the trend of decline,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:From the whole process of experiment,it can be concluded that the fitness qigong big dance can improve the body quality and body function of the women in middle-aged and old;it has good effect on the practitioners' psychological,,composition and balance,and the practitioners have high recognition for its practice feeling and its effect.The fitness qigong big dance is a set of scientific and effective fitness methods and means,and has positive and effective effect on corporeity,composition and balance.
