Happiness psychology research has always been a popular choice, especially thegreat wealth of material today, more and more scholars join the happiness research.The measure of happiness is a major component of happiness research, through themeasurement of research, scientific measurement questionnaire will help happinessresearch in other areas. Especially the rise of exercise happiness research in recentyears, because there is no specific exercise happiness questionnaire, more researchersuse exercise scale and general well-being scale to study the relationship betweenphysical exercise and happiness, and general well-being questionnaires are based ona sense of general well-being angle,so using it to measure the well-being in thespecific physical activity areas seems both validity and reliability problems.For the above, this paper studies the following two aspects:First, use the literature, logical analysis and expert interviews to study happinessand physical exercise happiness, proposed theory of physical exercise happiness, thatphysical exercise happiness comes from physical exercise, It is the unity of subjectiveemotional experience and objective assessment of cognitive.Second, the physical exercise happiness questionnaire is compiled by strictprocedures. After two samples Surveying, use item analysis, exploratory factoranalysis to extract the main structure of the questionnaire by Spss, and useconfirmatory factor analysis to verify the questionnaire structure by Amos.Meanwhile, the surveying indicators are in line with requirements, such as thereliability of the questionnaire (internal consistency coefficient), test-retestreliability, criterion validity.
