Subjective perception belongs to psychology and it means the reaction thatnervous system makes when humans are confronted with outer stimulation.Subjective perception of athletes will be influenced by out training circumstance, competition circumstance, training methods, exercise load and even the arrangementof exercise load etc. At the same time, athletes’ subjective perception will affecttraining results and sports performance as well. It is necessary to research the athletes’subjective perception when they are training. The purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship between differentexercise load of endurance exercise and different athletes’ subjective perception, sothat it will find a more appropriate way to arrange athletes’ endurance exercise. This paper researches24professional rowing athletes’ subjective perceptionunder different exercise load by physiological experimental method and investigationmethod from the aspect of training and psychology. In this research, endurancetraining is included and the intensity of training is certain. Through observing thedifferences of physical index and psychological index, the author attempts to find outthe psychological change of different athletes under different exercise load. The results are in increasing load sport, the estimated heart rate of athletes’ PREis medium, low and high respectively when the exercise load is low, high and peaksseparately. The ratings of perceived exertion is medium, easy and fatigued when theexercise load is low, high and peaks respectively. In constant load sports, theestimated heart rate of athletes’ PRE is comparatively low as a whole, and theperceived exertion of athletes is comparatively weak. In constant load sports, it ismore close to athletes’ subjective feelings. From the aspect of subjective feeling, the more intensifying the exercise load is,the bigger the difference of subjective feeling is. At the level of medium and lowintensity, low level athletes’ subjective feelings are: Athletes are more likely to adaptto the training method of constant exercise load since positive emotions of constantexercise load sport is stronger than that of increasing exercise load sport; Under strong intensifying load, the positive emotions of increasing exercise load sport isstronger than that of constant exercise load sport, and low level athletes are morelikely to adapt to the training method of increasing exercise load. Under medium andlow load, excellent athletes adapt to constant exercise load sport better when it is lessthan anaerobic capacity load.
