| With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, sports training is becoming more and more scientific.Monitoring athletes’ load during training and competition has become a very hot topic in sports science.Scientists and coaches often use a multidisciplinary approach to monitor training workloads, and the pursuit of the best way to obtain and analyze data has led to a rapid growth in empirical and applied research. In fact, the field has grown rapidly in recent years, giving rise to an industry that aims to develop new monitoring devices that enable us to accurately quantify the internal and external loads that athletes bear, and help them avoid injuries and perform to the highest levels. At the invitation of China U16 National Men’s football team,I have completed the intensive training for the 2020 Asian Youth Championship with the team. The electronic performance tracking system(EPTS)was used to monitor and collect the running distance, heart rate and other indicators of players during training and competition, and the exercise load characteristics of the team in training all year round were studied and analyzed. This paper adopts such research methods as literature review, expert interview, observation record, field test and mathematical statistics, and takes the exercise load in 2020 of China U16 Men’s National Football Team as the research object to monitor and analyze,so as to understand the characteristics of the exercise load of the whole year and each period of training. The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The six camps’ exercise load for the China U16 National Men’s football team follow an inverted ’N’ pattern. As the Asian Youth Championship were scheduled to take place in September, the fourth period was supposed to be the preparation period for the tournament(competition phase),so the load peaked in the third period and decreased accordingly in the subsequent competition phase, but the decrease in the exercise load after the third period was not due to this, but to the postponement of the tournament and the increase in preparation time, which led to the adjustment of the preparation plan.2.Through the study of the six camps’ exercise load monitoring of the China U16 National Men’s football team in the 2020,it can be seen that the exercise load arrangements of the first, third, fourth and fifth stages are more in line with the characteristics of the exercise load of each stage. The second and sixth period are more inconsistent, which has a greater relationship with the weather and the intensity of practice respectively.3.The running distance, high speed running distance, sprint running distance and high intensity running distance of the six camps of the China U16 National Men’s football team showed an overall upward trend, while the heart rate output load, average heart rate and heart rate intensity showed a slight decrease after the third camp, indicating that the players’ running ability and cardiorespiratory fitness had improved to a certain level through the year of training.4.Among the selected six indicators, the training average of the high-intensity running distance is higher than the average of the competition, and the high-intensity running distance of the six competitions is on the rise, indicating that the player training effect is better and the training arrangement is more reasonable.5.In the arrangement of the competition, the second and first phases are fully in line with the schedule of the official game, which is conducive to the players adapting to the rhythm of the official game in advance, and can make the best competitive state appear on the day of the game as much as possible. |
