In recent years, international in the long distance running project records constantly updated, our country sports performance has always been stagnant, in addition to Wang Junxia, Sun Yingjie, Xing Huina, few women players, no special dazzling nova, therefore is unable to form a project continuity. Explore the underlying causes, in addition to the yellow of human physiological structure of disadvantage, more major is a lack of systematic training methods, scientific. This is we urgently need to solve the problem. Throughout the track and field power in long distance running events, repetitive training and interval training, fartlek training methods are widely used and will continue to have new methods have been developed, by contrast, our research to lag behind many.The integrated use of literature, interviews with experts, experimental analysis, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, with 18 students in Jilin Sport University athletes as experimental objects, based on the theory of interval training, to improve the athletes aerobic, mixed oxygen, anaerobic endurance for the purpose, to develop a scientific and reasonable training plan, for a period of 8 week group different loads endurance type intermittent training experiment. The effectiveness of the three groups was analyzed by analyzing the specific characteristics of blood lactate concentration, blood lactate metabolism rate, maximum oxygen intake, maximal oxygen uptake rate and heart rate. Finally draws the following conclusion:high intensity intermittent endurance training on blood lactate concentration maximum value and blood lactic acid metabolism speed of promotion is most obvious, significantly enhance the effect of anaerobic metabolism ability testing; decreasing load endurance interval training subjects of maximum oxygen uptake, maximal oxygen uptake rate, heart rate and other related special characteristics of the excitation maximum, making subjects have endurance is strengthened, the above conclusion at the beginning and end of the experiment by subjects 1500 meters run competition score changes verified.According to the conclusion above, this paper puts forward the following several suggestions:first, further enrich the load shedding scheme, in order to meet the requirement of middle and long distance running different special features to train, the formation of a complete theoretical framework. The second, follow the scientific experimental methods, and strictly control the other variables, making the experiment results with a high degree of credibility. Third, intermittent training method for combined with other training methods used together, otherwise it may appear explosiveness, lack of power, rhythm disorder and other issues. The fourth, practical application, coaches should make flexible adjustment according to the characteristics of athletes, not stick to one pattern, and pay attention to controlling the load and avoid injury.Undeniable, experiment due to operation, record and the sample is too small error caused by the inevitable, but by in-depth analysis of the data of the experiment, still come to the same conclusion, intermittent endurance training of athletes improve with the help of aerobic and anaerobic endurance in varying degrees, it is worth further study. The author believes that, in practical application, the endurance training can play a more important role in the proper improvement of the individual characteristics of the athletes.
