Revelation On The National Defense Students’ Cultivation Practice To The University Ideological And Political Education

With the major career that the army relies on the ordinary universities to cultivatethe military cadres has been brought into focus, the special groups called the nationaldefense student who owns dual identity comes. As the special group in the university,the national defense students acquire the high evaluation from the society and army,for its good political and ideological quality, strict discipline style, good innovationand practice ability. The exploration of the national defense students cultivationpractice can not only promote the cultivation quality, school spirit and style of studyof the universities who accept to cultivate the national defense students, but also bringmany revelations to the university ideological and political education.Basing on the Marxist Theory, the Nanchang Hangkong University was taken asan example, using the comparative studies, the method of investigation and analysisby synthesis method to study the unique national defense students’ cultivation modecalled “Chang Hang” mode and the problems appeared in the process of ideologicaland political education of the ordinary university students. First, investigate thenational defense students and ordinary university students in Nanchang HangkongUniversity, got the real data and analyzed it from five aspects: recognition of theCommunist Party of China, state of ideological and political education of two groups,cultivation of practice and innovation ability, notions establishment and constructionof campus culture. Second, the successful experience of the Nanchang HangkongUniversity national defense students’ cultivation is concluded from four aspects: thenew cultivation conception, core values of contemporary revolutionary soldier, abilit yof practice and innovation, construction of campus culture. Third, analyze the state ofordinary university students’ ideological and political education and find the fourproblems: old conception, diversified consciousnesses, lack of practice, innovatio nability and lack of campus culture. Finally, combine the two studies above, thesuggestions are proposed to solve these problems from four aspects: the newconception of ordinary university ideological and political education, strengthenintroduction of the socialist core values, strength the ability of practice and innovation,strength the construction of the campus culture.In conclusion, got the data from investigating the Nanchang Hangkong University, study the national defense students’ cultivation and university ideological andpolitical education, found the way to improve the education and management ofordinary university students’ ideological and political education.I hope it helps tomake a greater progress on developing the national defense students’ cultivation anduniversity ordinary students’ ideological and political education.
