The Research On The Leisure Life Of Migrant Women Worked In Factory Of Quanzhou

With the increase of people’s leisure time and discretionary income,we are nowwalking into a social have a lot of leisure.Leisure has become an important part of ourlife.But inequality of social life cause inequality in leisure life,some people’s rights ofleisure being infringed, especially migrant women. They made huge contribution tourbanization development, but their own survival condition is poor, living on the edgeposition of the city.This paper research the leisure life of migrant women,discuss the quality ofleisure life,leisure resources possession,the influencing factors of leisure life,and whatcan we do in real life to solve this problem.In the paper, migrant women refers to those people who have Nonlocal registeredpermanent residence，older than16,leaving hometown for living or other reasons andworked in Industrial enterprise.The analysis method adopts questionnaire survey andcase interview，attempts to give objective description and analyze to the state ofleisure life of migrant women,including leisure time,companions,activities andattitudes, and negative consequence caused by lacking of leisure.A resolution can befound from the levels of the government，community and individual to improve theirleisure life, and ascending their happiness in city.To promote their comprehensivedevelopment.Attention to the leisure life of migrant women is the need to improve their lifesatisfaction, to improve their living conditions and improve the dignity and happinessof life.It plays an important role to build a harmonious society.Improving the qualityof life is an important aspect of social justice.
