China's educational informationization started in the 90s of 20 century, and now it has experienced more than 20 years'development. Since the beginning of the new century, the Party and the Government have attached great importance to the development of informationization in education, and, especially in the 18th Congress of the CPC, they proposed the synchronous development of "four modernizations" and brought the development of informationization into the national development strategy. In the era of information explosion, General Secretary Xi also stresses that no network security means no national security; no informationization means no modernization. In the Outline of Education Plan, it is further pointed out that applying education information to the promotion of education modernization" is the strategy of education reform and development in our country, and comprehensively promoting the construction and application of the two-way platform and speeding up the process of educational informatization are the important ways to promote fair education, improve education quality, optimize the educational resources, and transform the education development.From the perspective of educational policy, this article takes various types of primary and secondary schools in Daxin county, Guangxi as the research object, and its theoretical basis is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and public policy. All the data and material for this article were gathered and collected through literature analysis, interviews and field research on the implementation of the policy under the construction of education imformationization in various types of primary and secondary schools in Daxin, such as basis education facilities located in information construction policy, teaching staff construction, starting course and application of information technology. Based on it above, and with the help of analyzing the present situation and outcome of the education informationization in Daxin and analyzing of the data of the proportion of pupils and computers, the use efficiency of computers and technical equipment among teachers, this article measures the level of educational information in Daxin County, sums up the overall situation and difference in the informationization teaching in various primary and secondary schools in Daxin County, analyzes the present difficult positions they are faced with in the cource of education informationization construction and put forward the countermeasures to promote the future development of education informatization in Daxin County.
