These crises cause the people realized the importance of the crisis management, and make the crisis management become the topic of the world. Now, Our country is being in the period of frequency of the city crisis, kinds of crises are threatening the development of the city, threatens safety of people's life and property, the situation of the crisis management is being stern, so it is especially important that make the research of crisis management of city.Through analysis the theory knowledge of the crisis management and the background of China's city crisis management, it increases the grasp of the macro-environment of the city crisis management.
