"Several major issue decisions about the Central Committee of the CommunistParty of China furthers the reform of cultural system and promotes great developmentof socialist prosperity of culture " put forward to set the strategic target of constructingsocialist culture power, under the new situation, to promote the guiding principles,goals, tasks and policy measures of cultural reform and development. As a result,during the period of cultural development,we country vigorously strengthens collegecultural construction, adheres to the idea of education and then realizes the innovationof higher education in the cultural heritage, which is not only meeting the need of thestudents, but also the development of age.Higher vocational education as an important part of higher education, should alsobear responsibility of innovation of the cultural heritage. Cultural construction is notonly beneficial to promote the development of the higher vocational education, and butalso to achieve training target of higher vocational education-training thecomprehensive higher vocational talents. Besides, strengthening cultural self-confidenceand realizing cultural strength. Presently, however, due to cultural construction in highervocational education colleges standing in the initial stage of exploration, study onculture of higher vocational education is also relatively little which has not yet formed amature and systematic theoretical result. Visibly, the current educating people withculture in higher vocational education colleges in the parts of certain theoreticalexplorations and practical research have important practical and far-reaching historicalsignificance.In accordance with the ideas of "theoretical exploration, data collection, data sorting, data analysis, case investigation, and countermeasure studies for research,methods include literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, case study method, etc.This paper using logic and reasoning theory to explain, with important theoretical andpractical problems in cultural construction of higher vocational education colleges asthe key point, try to explore main problems in the development of cultural construction,makes great efforts to build the implement path of higher vocational education culturalconstruction and effectively boosts further research of educational people with culturein higher vocational education.Research content of this paper mainly is divided into six parts: the first partexpounds the background of selected topic, research purpose, content methods andresearch significance, summarizes the predecessors’ research results, etc.; The secondpart explains the definition of culture, campus culture, vocational education collegesculture and other relevant concepts by using the theory of cultural patterns, theory Zand person’s full scale development theory as theoretical support to provide theoreticalbasis for further study; The third part has chosen three schools as samples to doquestionnaires, to expound the present situation and problems of cultural constructionin the higher vocational education colleges; The fourth part, based on a college as anexample, the paper studies one case on educating people with culture to analyze itsachievements, features and existing problems. The fifth part explains theimplementation paths of cultivating people with education in higher vocationaleducation colleges through three aspects to build, the higher vocational educationcolleges positively strengthening cultural consciousness, cultural self-confidence, andachieving cultural self-improvement; The sixth part contents this paper’s mainconclusion, innovation and limitations in the process of research.The ultimate goal of this study is to improve the quality of higher vocationaltalents training, to promote cultural consciousness, to strengthen culturalself-confidence, to realize culture self-renewal and to cultivate conforming the socialneeds of high-quality talents.
