For the purpose of greater development, the higher vocational education in our country should take multi-channel, multi-modal road. And it has become the main stream in the development of higher vocational education that the higher vocational colleges work closely with enterprises using the enterprise resource to develop higher vocational education. Worldwide, the vocational education of the western developed countries all cooperated with the enterprises and assimilated their resource in different degrees to develop vocational education and train talented personnel needed by the society and enterprises, the higher vocational education in our country can also draw on the corporate culture to develop itself, which helps to train the highly skilled personnel who has a good work ethic as well as strong professional skills and is more welcome and more accepted by the enterprises.As one type of higher education development, higher vocational education takes up the responsibility for training the well-qualified applied-technique-oriented personnel at the front line of production, construction, management and service. From the point of view of learning from corporate culture and researching the pattern and ways of learning, this thesis will study how to draw on the corporate culture to construct vocational campus cultures better and through absorbing enterprise resource into educational resources. It's expected that the people improve the recognition of the importance of drawing on enterprise cultural resources. Our goal is to bring the ideology and value of enterprises into the higher vocational education, absorb the professionalism, improve the effect of running a college, and ultimately to form the college-business educational environment to promote the scientific development of higher vocational education.In this paper, the contents of the study are divided into six chapters. The first two chapters discuss on the meaning and value of higher vocational college cultures drawing on the corporate cultures through researching their relations. Corporate cultures and higher vocational college cultures have the inherent, positive connection, so it still has the possibility and feasibility to transform the corporate culture into education& teaching resources.The third and fourth chapters deal with the principle and demand which should be followed when higher vocational colleges in our country draw on the corporate cultures, by researching the pattern that vocational education abroad is in collaboration with the corporate.The fifth and sixth chapters study the methods and ways on drawing the lesson from the corporate culture, as well as the college-enterprise collaboration mode of talent training. Furthermore, they also study how to learn lessens form corporate culture such as the curriculum building, teaching process, training base and personal interaction, in order to achieve the purpose of higher vocational colleges to expand teaching resources.Researching learning from the corporate cultures can improve the quality of higher vocational education talents training, adapt and meet the demands of high skilled talents, nurture the talents that are needed by the society and corporate and promote the rapid and healthy development of higher vocational education.
