The sports career “twelve five” plan released by General Administration of Sport in 2011 said:“sports information resource should be further integrated,and the collection ways of information should be broadened to strengthen the information service and advance the sport information construction. ”Zhengzhou held the expert review meeting on overall plan of intelligent city construction of Zhengzhou, marking the digital urban construction of Zhengzhou has been stepped into practical stage. Therefore, enforcing the sport information construction in community, following the social informatization have become the new tasks which the society endows us. However, the community sports information system needs to be further improved, some service ways are old fashioned, the internet functions are not utilized in full.According tho these phenomena, the essay takes ways of documentary analyze, questionnaire survey, interview and observation to analyze modes of delivery of community sports information in Zhengzhou, sports information needs of citizens, the effects of information service from the view of social public service infomatization. The aims of this essay including overall understand the present situation of urban community sports information service, to design a information platform on community sports, to broaden the route of transmission of community sports information, to meet the needs of community residents in sports information and to offer a useful reference to community sports information system. According to the survey, several conclusion are as follows:1. Community sports in Zhengzhou is booming, the awareness of attending the community sports among residents is increasing, the exercise equipment in community basically meets the needs of residents, the community sports service tends to develop in diverse directions. The demands of sports information from urban residents increased, the community sports information service is developing in standard, systematic ways.2. The community sports information service ways are old fashioned in Zhengzhou, the internet functions have not been fully developed, the sports information services don not meet the residents,lacking personalized information services. The recognition of sports information among the residents is low, the substantial services are still few.3. The process of community sports information service in Zhengzhou has gradually accelerated, but the community service developed at a relative slow speed, the outstanding performance is the imbalance between the community spots information services and community party construction.4. The mechanism of community sports information service is not perfect enough, which has not gotten the attention from government, lacking the relevant information equipment in community, information management policies, information managers majored in PE and the relevant information service regulations.5. The internet has been the core platform to realize the community sports informatization, but the platforms constructed in communities are still in small number.6. According to the demands of sports information from community residents, from the support of technological software and network, it is necessary to design a structural complete, rich in content, convenient and practical front end platform of community sports information services, offering a reference to other communities.
