Handball and basketball both belong to the skill-leading games and both of them areconfrontational projects. The sport of handball grows faster and faster, however, handballtechnique and tactic does not improve much, which affects the performance of the handballplayer heavily. Based on this, the study come up with the migration theory and do anexperimental training research on the young handball players who have used the basketballspecific skills. The effect to the attack and defensive skill in handball will be analyzed onpurpose of giving out a new way of training the young handball players and put some theoryreference for the high-level handball athletes.Using methods like the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, experimental method, video observation and mathematical statistics, and do an experimentaltraining in which the specific basketball skill chosen into handball training for four months. Latersurvey and analyze the statistics before and after the experiment. The Results:1. Attacking technology.①There is a significant difference: test after the experimentalgroup, shot goals in the close shot,7m, fast break and the total shot are significantly higher(P<0.01or P<0.05);②Look from the shot count, after the experiment the experimental groupis significantly higher than the experimental group before the experiment and control group afterthe test on the fast break,(P <0.05);③Look from the success rate of shoot, the experimentalgroup after test in all indicators were significantly higher than that of before the trial, withsignificant difference (P <0.01or P <0.05), while in the close shot,7m and winger, totalsuccess rate is significantly higher than the control group after the test, with significantdifference (P <0.01or P <0.05). After the test parameter values are higher than before in thecontrol group, but there is no significant difference (P st13of0.05).2. Offensive tactics.①the long and short quick success rate raised respectively from55.23±8.65%,42.86±11.25%up to61.45±10.75%of the after test and50.95±13.58in theexperimental group, with significant difference (P <0.05). It is also significantly higher than thecontrol group after test of55.08±10.35%and43.88±13.55%, with significant difference (P <0.05);②the ground offensive success rate raised from33.12±10.25%to40.35±11.38%afterthe test, with significant difference (P <0.05) in the experimental group. In the control group, therate is significantly higher than after test of34.59±8.28%, with significant difference (P <0.05). 3. Defensive technology.①Experimental goalkeeper in blocks nearly before the shoot, shoot and7m long shots by the experiment of35.06±20.55%,50.13±11.25%and50.13±15.25%for up to43.06±18.35%of the after test,57.35±10.35%and51.92±11.32%, withsignificant difference (P <0.05). After the test, long shots by the experiment of39.85±14.25%increased to46.65±13.45%in control blocks, with significant difference (P <0.05).②In theexperimental group, the rate of Feng, Wei athletes steals the ball from6.57±2.35times/fieldto9.52±3.38times/field, with a significant difference (P <0.05), while in the control group, although the rate is improved, but there is no significant difference (P>0.05).4.Defensive tactics.①The athletes’ defensive and offensive raised from1.28±4.35to7.45±1.15times after the test/field in the experimental group, with significant difference (P <0.05);②Zone by the experimental group athletes before the trial of3.58±11.35to18.45±4.15times after the test and/or field, with significant difference (P <0.05);③Man-to-man defense, respectively, the experimental group and control group of athletes who by experiments before2.38±7.54and2.35±7.05to9.48±3.37times after the test and8.25±2.28times/field, but nosignificant difference (P st130.05);④The experimental group athlete’s mix defense improvedfrom18.54±5.38the time/enhances to24.48±6.37the time/enhances, has the significancedifference (P<0.05); Although but the control group experiments after the mix defense numberof times to be higher, but there is no significance difference (P﹥0.05).Through the expert questionnaire survey this research has determined21basketballtechnical and tactical training methods and put them into practice of handball training. Theexperiments confirmed that the selected21training methods of basketball technique are veryhelpful for the improvement of technology and tactics of handball players. Our suggestion is toapply the established training methods in the study to train higher level athletes.
