Research On The Balanced Development Of Athletics Sports Of Our Country From The Perspective Of Public Products

For decades of the reform and opening up, the Chinese government gradually from"economy-construction-type government" to "public service-oriented government" transition, theconsciousness of public service is more and more intense. On the premise of rapid economicgrowth, China’s "wealth of nations" and "people’s livelihood" The imbalance developmentfeaturing "wealth of nations" and "people’s livelihood" has emerged, the problem of public goodssupply is urgently to solve. In the context of overall supply imbalances, competitive sports careeras a public product, inevitably produced a disequilibrium phenomenon: the eastern region hasobtained most of the games medals, while central and western regions have received medalstotally less than the half of the eastern region. The imbalance of this development has brought aseries of problems: a smaller number of medals region cannot enjoy the resulting derivativebenefits, also drops off the region’s passion for sports; while athletics province has a surplus ofresources, may cause the idle resources, the imbalance state will affect the healthy developmentof sports, even hinder the construction of harmonious society of our country.In this paper, combined with the distribution of games medals in different provinces,explore the reasons that lead to balanced development in China’s competitive sports deeply, withthe aim of increasing the supply of public goods in sports fairness, to promote the furtherimprovement of the social welfare system and maintain people’s equitable access to public rightsof sports, to promote the healthy and stable development of the cause of China’s competitivesports.The article, with the number of medals of the National Games as the basic data, accordingto the Principles of Economics Lorentz curve, is to establish the economics model of the medalsincome and population, by using the method of documentary, mathematical statistics and logicalanalysis, to do the empirical research on the National Games performance, to calculate the Genecoefficient and illustrate the cause of China’s sports unbalanced development. The article alsoanalyses the cause of sports unbalanced development by using regression analysis, verifies thecorrelation influence factor. In view of the factors that affect the unbalanced development ofathletics sports of our country, put forward suggestions for improvement.Research results show that the development of athletics sports of our country existingamong provinces is not balanced, and greatly different. Performances are: in the National Gamesmost of the medals were won by a few provinces, most provinces but get less or even no medal. This makes the provinces without medals have unequal access to share public goods ofcompetitive sports which violate the equal supply of public products, ultimately affects thesustainable development of sports undertakings in china.At the end of the paper, put forward measures that promoting the balanced development ofathletics sports of our country as follows: support the development of sports undertakings inunderdeveloped regions, reform the investment system, perfect the internal mechanism ofcompetitive sports, so as to promote the athletic sports of China public products supply and theequality of sustainable development of the undertaking of competitive sports.
