For Fujian’s sporting goods E-business developing, as an object of study in Fujian sportinggoods, E-business as a means of case studies on the Wish sports and361degrees, combined withpersonal work experience. The use of literature, system analysis, case analysis, network surveyand statistics of Fujian Province, sporting goods E-business development status for analysis andits problems and attribution analysis, and the existence the question put forward correspondingcountermeasures. The main conclusions of this article include the following aspects:(1) According to the statistical analysis of the network survey results show that the age ofonline shopping community is concentrated in the17-35years old, educated, high income,spending power, with sporting goods, consumer groups have a strong goodness of fit.(2) The development status of the Sporting Goods in Fujian Province, Fujian ProvinceSports Equipment E-business development as well as Fujian shoes and apparel e-commercedevelopment status investigation and analysis, and analysis and evaluation of its B2B, B2C andnetwork to promote the status quo. After analysis, we can see the Sporting Goods in FujianProvince, or most of the traditional business model-based e-commerce has not a wide range ofuse and popularity.(3) According to the Fujian Province, sporting goods E-business development status, theWish sports and361sports E-business development to analyze the summary, based on personalpractical work experience found that the development of Fujian Province, sporting goodsE-business there are many problems such as the legal system is imperfect, security, credit system,logistics, E-business platform and E-business personnel training and other issues, and attributionanalysis. Summarized on these issues and to analyze its causes, and provides a reference for thedevelopment of countermeasures proposed.(4) The problems of the sporting goods E-business development in Fujian Province, and theproblems of attribution analysis, this paper proposes related countermeasures. Corporatecountermeasures within the enterprise should continue to improve product quality, enhanceindependent innovation capability, enhance E-business talents and build their own completeE-business platform, outside the enterprise should strengthen cooperation with the well-knownE-business platform to build Fujian Province, professional sporting goods E-business platformand the establishment of sporting goods e-commerce industry associations in Fujian Province.Secondly, for the problem of asymmetric information of Fujian Province, the sporting goods business E-business buyers and sellers countermeasures, countermeasures of e-commerceplatform, logistics strategies and third-party payment companies countermeasures. Finally, thegovernment and collaboration, Combination of school-enterprise, and government-led build theFujian sporting goods E-business platform, legal protection and industry associations.
