In recent years,under the background of the comprehensive promotion of basic education reform in China,the development of rural basic education has made substantial progress,but there is still a certain gap between the advanced basic education development level and that in cities.The countryside junior middle school teachers "teaching of learning" as a special group in the rural teachers,facing the "rural education resources" and "lack of professional disciplines background" dual problem,which makes the class the teacher groups in performance slightly shortage,teaching ability and teaching ability is the important guarantee of teachers' classroom teaching quality,and is of great significance to the construction of rural teachers.Therefore,how to improve the teaching implementation ability of "teaching is not learning" teachers in rural junior middle schools has become a key problem to be solved urgently in the development of rural basic education.In this paper,using narrative study,the researchers through into the paper S town middle school in Sichuan province,one in the school has the rich teaching experience of teachers "teaching not learned" L teachers as the research object,with the teacher's teaching experience and narrative way of L class teaching situation,and from the ability to use the teaching method and teaching organization,teaching technology skills,teachers' language communication ability and the analysis of the teaching feedback ability five key points of the countryside junior middle school "teach knowledge" teachers' teaching ability is analyzed,explore the class teacher groups may exist the shortage of the teaching ability,Finally,based on the narrative of teacher L's teaching,combining the above problems and factors,the author puts forward some thoughts on the improvement of teacher's teaching implementation ability.Through this paper,the study found that the countryside junior middle school teachers "teaching of learning" in teaching ability mainly covers five aspects are some deficiencies,namely the "force-feeding" teaching method,and the class activities organization of "order type","strange" modern education technology,"rusty" language communication skills and the analysis of "formal" teaching feedback;Discipline background,self-development consciousness and educational innovation spirit are the internal factors that affect teachers' teaching implementation ability and have a direct impact on the cultivation of teachers' teaching implementation ability.The development level of rural basic education,the training mechanism of professional skills and the evaluation system of teachers are the external factors that affect teachers' teaching implementation ability.Finally,the researchers on L the teacher teaching based on the analysis of the narrative and puts forward some thinking for teachers' teaching ability,the teaching is the premise of social concern and improve the capacity of welfare policy,teaching ability is the foundation of the school system and professional support,teaching ability is the key to teaching ideas and teaching reflection.
