Teaching life as a part of teacher’ life, but also it is an important component of theteaching life. It affects the quality and level of teaching life. At present, in the course ofChina’s rapid economic and social development, China’s rural education also has thevery big development, but compared with the city education, there are still a large gap.This study from the perspective of rural teachers teaching life, use narrative researchmethod. In reality, a rural junior middle school teacher as an example, the narrativeresearch, discovered the rural teacher’s teaching life problems. Finally put forward thesolutions to improve rural teachers’ teaching quality of life and level.This study is divided into mainly includes the following four parts:The first chapter: Introduction. This chapter mainly from the research questions,research purpose and significance of research, current situation, research contents andmethods, research priorities, difficulties and innovation aspects;The second chapter: F middle school and Z teachers teaching life story. This chaptermainly narrative of Z teachers teaching life from the basic situation of F middle schooland the use of narrative research method, from telling stories to let everyone see thereality of rural teachers teaching life.The third chapter: Analysis of rural teachers teaching life origin. Based on thesecond chapter shows the status quo of rural teachers teaching life, analyzes the reasonsfor the formation of rural teachers teaching life.The fourth chapter: to improve rural teachers teaching life advice. This chapter is thefocus of this study, through the analysis of the teaching of rural life causes, and putforward solutions to the teaching of rural life, improve rural teachers’ quality of life.
