In the global knowledge-economic society today, the cultivation of engineeringtalent is of great importance, as practical ability of future global engineering talents is akey quality characteristics. In this situation, the practical ability of our engineeringundergraduate has also been put forward to higher requirements, and in current situationthe practical ability of undergraduate engineering is generally in low position, especiallyfor practical ability. The reason is lacking of practical training during school. Theinternship is an important part of the practical training aspects, is also an effective wayto enhance the students practical capacity.
