Post practice is a very important part of the practical curriculum system of higher vocational colleges in China.The management and service of post practice is an important guarantee for education.Most of the higher vocational colleges in China have begun to establish the Information-based management system for more convenient and standardized management of post practice.Now,with the continuous development of 5G,big data and other new software technologies and the change of talent training mode,the internship management system of higher vocational colleges is also facing continuous upgrading and improvement to adapt to the new development environment.However,many higher vocational colleges still do not have the conditions to develop the internship management system independently,and most of them adopt the development mode of purchasing the services of educational technology companies.Whether developers can accurately grasp the needs of system users directly determines the success or failure of the project.In the mode of "university + software development company",the latter is often in a passive position in the cooperation due to its weak position in the business cooperation,which leads to the haphazard management of the project demand.In the process of project promotion,problems such as difficult to grasp the key points of development work,disordered working procedures,and struggling to cope with user demand changes often occur,which affect the effective promotion of the project and the quality of software development.This thesis studies and analyzes the current situation of requirements management in the development project of domestic internship management system,summarizes the main problems existing in the project,and analyzes the causes.In general,the problems mainly occur in the three main stages of requirement acquisition,requirement analysis and change management,mainly manifested as: inaccurate requirement information description,inadequate requirements analysis and irregular requirements change management,etc.After that,based on mature and effective demand management methods at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward three main improvement measures for demand management of this project: optimizing the requirements acquisition process,modeling analysis of requirements and strengthening requirements change management.In the stage of requirements acquisition,interview method,single demand card,prototype method and other methods were used to complete the collection of users’ requirements information;In the stage of requirements analysis,the collected information was sorted out and summarized to form a list of demand indicators,and Kano questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted according to the requirements indicators.The Better and Worse coefficient method was used to identify and prioritize the quality types of requirements,and suggestions on system function planning were made accordingly.In the phase of requirement change,the change baseline was established and the change process was standardized.In the case of vocational college G internship system project,the improvement measures of demand management proposed in this thesis were applied in practice.Finally,the project implementation effects before and after the application of improvement measures were compared to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvement measures related to demand management.From the application effect of improvement measures in G vocational college,demand management has been significantly improved,the change frequency and implementation rate have decreased,the user satisfaction has increased,the project has been promoted smoothly,and the application effect was obvious.
