Research On The Diversification Of Public Service Supply Of Jingxian County Sports In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening up35years, Chinese market economy has achieved rapiddevelopment. Comprehensive strength of society, economics, politics and culture hadsignificantly enhanced, people’s living standards had also been increasing remarkably.However, the development level of public services has lagged behind the economic. In orderto ease the contradiction between the growing public demand for public services and socialresources, our country will develop the sports public service into marketization anddiversification. Even though, China’s sports public service career as a branch of the publicservice started relatively late. Many scholars had carried out more in-depth sports research onChina’s domestic supply of public services these years, and made some achievements indiversification of sports public service supply, some issues remain to be resolved. The articleis taking Jingxian，Anhui Province as an Example, and sports public service as the researchobject, applying the theory of sports science and public management. By referring to thegovernment work report, Jingxian county sports bureau website, sports policies andregulations and other related information, visiting Jingxian County Sports Bureau and FinanceBureau, and interviewing with related personnel, we investigate and analyze the currentsituation and problems of sports public service in Jingxian. On this basis, combined with therelevant professional knowledge, we put forward some thoughts and suggestions. The mainpart of the paper consists of the follow.The first chapter, introduction. This chapter explains the purpose and significance of theresearch background and research, and research status at home and abroad is reviewed, finallyintroduces the key ideas and research methods of research, this paper.The second chapter, the introduction of the core concept and the main theoretical basis.This part analyzed the definition of public services and public sports service and relevanttheoretical basis, and provided the theoretical basis for the article to study on the currentsituation and problems of sports public services and proposed the solution countermeasure.The third chapter, this part mainly introduces the current sports public service subjectand ways of supply. It introduced three kinds of functions of supply provider. The governmentshould play a leading role in marketization of sports public service supply, introduce marketmechanism appropriately and attach great importance to the supply from enterprise individual. We should position NPO and highlight its bridges and complementary roles, integrate thesocial resources to establish a multilevel system of market regulation.The fourth chapter, this chapter is the empirical research, analysis of main to Anhuiprovince the present situation of Jingxian county sports public service demonstration. In thischapter, analysis on implementation of public sports service in Anhui province of Jingxiancounty, especially pay attention to the research in sports public service supply, find the currentAnhui province Jingxian county sports public service deficiencies, to lay the foundation forthe analysis of the back.The fifth chapter, this chapter mainly put forward the reasonable countermeasures andsuggestions on the improvement of Jingxian county sports public service provision.The last chapter, research conclusion.
