Research Of Factors About Collaboration Supply Effects On Public Sports Service In Urban Community Via The Theory Of Polycentric

With the development of society and economy, the public demand for recreation-al sports are also increasingly diversified. The development of public sports plays an important role in rich social and cultural life,and enhance people happiness under service-oriented government building.Meanwhile, with the concept of "big community,small government" more and more popular, community governance become the main form of urban management gradually.At the present stage, low overall level, uneven development, low supply efficiency and other issues are also haunted the relevant departments of public sports service supply.How to achieve effective supply has been concerned by scholars.Currently,the theoretical circle has basically reached a consensus on multi-supply mode of public sports services which contains government departments,private sector, community organizations and civil society.The essence of public sports service path optimization is to coordinate the multi-supply cooperative relations between subjects.Therefore,the exploration of the factors affecting the supply of multi-subject cooperation is of importance to reference value to improve public services in urban community.On the basis of the relevant studies, Article discussed the supply of public sports service cooperation and its factors which based on polycentric governance theory.First,explain the concepts and theoretical basis of public sports services in community, then analyze the current operating mode of public sports service in community which contain participants in cooperation supply,relationship between multi-supply and operating mechanism of cooperation supply in demonstration area.Based on the above, drawing three independent variable factors, interaction,relationship quality and environment, then put forward the effect of cooperation supply as the performance indicator of public sports service,construct hypothetical model of factors of public sports service cooperation supply in community.Finally,investigate the relationship between variables based on the sample data from demonstration area and summarize the results.
