Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic border province, Hui is one of the13ethnic minoritiesin Xinjiang. Girls are the future mothers. Concerned about Muslim girls ’education inXinjiang will improve the girls’ moral and scientific and cultural qualities, improvethe population quality and social status of Muslim women, develop the nationaleducation, which can promote the new rural construction,and it is also essential toimprove the economic and social development and long-term stability of Xinjiang.In this paper, it takes the Hui girls’ education in rural counties in Jimusaer of ChangjiHui Autonomous for example, which can improve the quality of Muslim girls,advocate gender equality, improve the quality of national education, promoteeconomic development and social progress, it is of practical significance.The first part introduces the concept of girls ‘education, using the literaturalanalysis to analyze the data of Chinese girls’ education. The second part focuses onthe empirical research on girls’education in Dayou town of Changji. We do a surveyin Dayou town through interviews, questionnaires and other methods.then it foundthat the Dayou’girls’education has made some achievements, first, the Muslim Huigirls’ enrollment continues to improve, then, the number of Muslim girls is in theoverall upward trend, the number of the girls increased steadily, the last,The Huigirls’ enrollment increased by more than the growth rate of the number of boys. wealso found that girls ‘education in rural central schools has many problems. such asin high school,the Muslim Hui girls has inequality education resources, the girl’dropout rate is high,in the stage of secondary vocational and technicalschools,Muslim Hui girls cannot receive really good education,and the education ofsecondary vocational and technical is still be ingored by the local pepole. Finally weanalyze the data in using the SPSS statistical software, there are many factorsinfluent the girls’education,including social、school、families, girls-themselves、religious and so on.The third part gives suggestions and measures, which is based on the study ofgirls’education in Dayou town. At first, we should accelerate rural area’development,building a healthy living environment for gilr to grow;Then,paying attention to thelinks between Muslim culture and modern culture;Third,focusing on the impact ongirls’ schooling, and the educational programs should reflect the "nationality";The fourth, develop rural vocational education of the hui girls;The last,changing the concept of Muslim parents to promote home education ofgirls.
