The study take the case study method, the author take her village primary language classroom for example.Through classroom observation to know the status of the teacher-student verbal interaction in the classroom, and students self-efficacy in the appropriate situation through interviews and observations to understand, trying to figure out the problems existing in the verbal interaction between teachers and students in the classroom, and to explore the impact of the problems in the sense of self efficacy to identify the impact of factors.Finally, for the improvement of the quality of the class verbal interaction, for this class to improve student achievement,for the improvement of students in the class of self-efficacy. I will make feasible suggestions.Through literature analysis method, Point out the important role of the theory in students’ learning. Then through classroom observation, find ways to collate information on behalf of the fragments of the W teacher’s classroom teaching practice, through a description of the typical events reveal the situation of the classroom teacher-student verbal interaction. Is able to find the strengths and weaknesses of the existing teacher-student verbal interaction mode, through interviews, to understand the true feelings of the students on the existing teacher-student verbal interaction, students go through this classroom verbal interaction with teachers itself What is the role of self-efficacy.The purpose of this study is to investigate not only the students’ self-efficacy, but also Investigate the teacher-student verbal interaction of students’ self-efficacy analysis of classroom verbal interaction condition, the main purpose is to know by what classroom verbal interaction, students’ self-efficacy is being defended or affected. The good verbal interaction experience to continue to retain and carry forward, the bad verbal interaction experience to learn and improve. These improvements mainly through research teachers how to improve themselves, to fix their own words to improve the quality of verbal interaction in the classroom, discard the dross and select the essential,to improve teaching effectiveness, promote enhance students’ self-efficacy, a sense of high self-efficacy is conducive to promoting student learning upgrade to improve the quality of the teacher-student verbal interaction, again and again, forming a virtuous circle.Study found, those being criticized students are not able to properly understand the knowledge, W teacher would criticized Ironically students, these students’ self-efficacy meet hit hard. This phenomenon is the majority situations in the class; W teacher in the students’eyes favored the students who will take the initiative to question, W teacher favored those students, their self-efficacy will have maintenance role; W teacher forgotten silent "poor students". The enthusiasm of the student-teacher verbal interaction is generally not high, students’ academic performance is less than ideal, W teacher mostly would dampen the students’ self-esteem, and can’t meet the needs of their respect and love, This practice is not conducive to the maintenance and cultivation of students’self-efficacy. Students’self-efficacy needs to be improved. Analysis of the causes we can four aspects, W teacher’s error view of students; narrow concept of talent; traditional concept of teaching; poor teacher-student relationship. I will give W teacher practicable recommendations:to create a successful personal experience to each student; successful experience to show students alternative; encourage evaluation to students; students of positive attributional style; students higher expectations. Reflect the entire study, including the method of research, study, research ethics and reflections for subsequent research.The author of the research object W teacher and his all students, analyze problems and make recommendations should be well-considered, taking into account various factors, such as the principles and policies of education, local economic conditions, teacher refresher, textbooks factors, the basis of students’learning, students’personal growth experience. The individual can not change those factors and I try to contribute to the class, so the analysis of influencing factors or suggestions measures are in line with the actual feasibility away, so from teachers’ perspective, and explore the most direct, personal aspects to be improved, although it sounds a bit full, but just to be comprehensive, but it can not be changed by a personal capacity. I think in order to comprehensive talk about the special teacher who talk, after leaving the subject nor a change, but is better to focus on the reality bit by bit.
