Building a public service system covering urban and rural areas, and ensuring basic quality of preschool education is the basic goal for developing preschool education.in recent years. Preschool education as the quasi-public goods has been the concern of the people, especially the problem has been exposed that to enter kindergarten is difficult across the country, all reflects the desire of peoples preschool education needs. Since the reform and opening up, Chinese society is experiencing drastic social stratification and mobility, it is the urgent need to explore these problem that what the social class needs of preschool education are and the government’s preschool education supply whether can meet the demand of people from all walks of life. Only a clear understanding of preschool education demand, can make the preschool education service supply more targeted.Based on gave a comprehensive overview about agent learning algorithms, found that the research is still a blank of researching parents’ demand for preschool educatio from the social hierarchical perspective, so this study has theoretical and practical significance. According to the research objectivestudy, the author firstly on the basis of literature review,then based on the theory of social stratification, established social stratification standards of parents:the parents education, occupation and family income as the division standard, the parents is divided into upper, middle, lower three classes. After selecting6areas with different level of economic development in Zhejiang Province, according to the kindergarten grade, location, the nature of the kindergarten and randomly selected91kindergartens. The author sended self-made questionnaire "investigation of parents’ demand for preschool education"670, took back630, after finishing546effective questionnaires, namely, a total of546parents were investigated. Investigating and analysing of statistical data display that:l.The survey sample parents demand for preschool education importance score of more than3.7points, there is a strong demand; Preschool education satisfaction score of more than3.1points, the demand has not been satisfied. Should establish the public service system of preschool education, meet the basic needs of people.2.The survey sample parents demand for preschool education include convenience, conservation needs, demands of teachers, education demand, parents are the single greatest source of demand for teachers.3.Different classes of parents that demand for preschool education importance of of no significant difference, but there is a significant difference between the needs complacence. To illustrate that the different classes all pay a attention to preschool education, but it is need to make a diversified supply form of preschool education, meet the people’s needs.4.The difference of different classes for preschool education demand complacence displays that, the middle and upper classes are satisfied for the convenience and teachers significantly higher than the lower class,upper class is satisfied for the conservation significantly higher than the lower class.5.The family background has the extremely significant correlation to parents demand for preschool education complacence. Indicating the formation of preschool education demand is affected by the family backgrounds, to meet the needs of parents demand for preschool education should consider the family background.
