College students’organizations are founded based on students’common hobbies and interests and get the approval of the competent department of the school. The main participants are local students who gather together to achieve their common goals and ideals. The students’organizations can be regarded as a supplement and extension of classroom education and the most important part of the second class which aims to improve the students’practice ability and innovation spirit. Therefore, college students’ organizations have drawn the attention of the university administrative department and have been widely welcomed by college students for a long time, especially with the wide implement of the credit system. The credit system’s development has brought about new vitality and developing opportunities to college students’organizations.The credit system organization is one of the innovations of Zhejiang Normal University’s students’ organizations. The credit system was brought into students’ organizations in2001, and then a bold and unique attempt was begun. After more than ten years, of theory and practice exploration, Zhejiang Normal University gradually build a college students’ comprehensive quality and ability training system which takes students’ organizations as the platform, the credit system as a link, and unites theory learning, watching apprentice and practice training. Zhejiang Normal University is the first, the longest, the most completed and the most widely in the credit system organization.This research insists on the combination of theoretical research and practical exploration. With many theoretical analysis and actual investigation and study, the thesis framework is as follows:the introduction part briefly introduces the research background, significance, research methods and research status at home and abroad, and defines the core concepts of this research. The first part discusses the theoretical basis of combining credit system with college students’ associations, including the following three aspects:the role of student associations in practice education, promoting to cultivate college students’ comprehensive quality and improving the incentive mechanism of college students’ associations; The second part focuses on the investigation and research of39credit system organizations in Zhejiang Normal University, using the research methods of questionnaire and depth interview, from an overview of the community to some contents of the daily management, such as teaching organization form, teaching contents, teacher employment system, students’evaluation, etc. And then some analyses are made according to the problems of credit system organizations reflected in the investigation process. The third part puts forward some constructive suggestions, for instance, the construction of curriculum system, students’ assessment and teachers’ performance evaluation, the system security and the testing of course quality.The credit system organization is a new blood in the construction of the college students’ organizations. It not only overcomes the exist problems of traditional students’ organizations, such as lack of standardization and persistence, but also exercise the students’ practice ability and innovation consciousness, meeting the needs of the students for credits at the same time. However, there are still many questions that we have to admit. Therefore, how to make the system more perfect, how to make the management more standardized, how to serve for students more effectively are requirements and goals of the credit system organizations.
