In this process, the community education has played a vital role, but the status of community education in our country is very poor, the quality of community education is not guaranteed, community education can not get the attention it deserves, the laws and regulations also about community education is not perfect, the funding and teachers of community education are not guaranteed, the community education management system is not enough perfect, in short, as a new form of education, community education developed gradually in recent years, research and practice is still in its infancy. However, community education is accompanied by the development of social economy, it is in order to meet the needs of community residents, community education quality, related to the construction of a harmonious socialist society in our country and the process of constructing lifelong education system and learning society directly.The community education management system in our country, mainly include national, provincial (city, autonomous region), district (county), street (township), the national and provinces community education mainly have the effect of macroeconomic control, but the district (county) and street (township) community education is the foundation, is the key, in the whole community education system occupy a large part.
