Research On Quality Guarantee System For Higher Vocational Education Of Agriculture

Higher vovational education of Agriculture is an important part of higher vocational education,and at the same time it is also an important support for the economic development in agriculture and rural areas. At present, the key to the development of higher vocational education of agriculture is to improve the quality of the students.The way to gurantee the quality of the students is to establish and better the quality gurantee system for higher vocational education of agriculture to cultivate skilled specialists with higher quality to meet with the economic development in rural areas.Therefore, it is significant in theory and practice to study the quality gurantee system for higher vocational education of agriculture.This research, basing on the reality of quality gurantee of higher education of agriculture, analyses the existing problems and influencing factors. Basing on the foreign and demestic experience in quality gurantee system of higher vocationa education, taking an university in Shandong Province as an example, this research focusing on the influencing factors on quality gurantee system of higher vocationa education,sets up an internal and externalgurantee system for higher vocational education of agriculture.It consists of the following four parts.Part One, Literature research on quality gurantee system of higher vocationa education of agriculture. In this part, the paper, basing on the analysis in quality of higher vocational education of agriculture and the bounding of internal and external of quality gurantee system,makes systematic analysis in internal and external factors which influence the quality of higher vocationa education of agriculture.Part two, the reality of higher vocational education quality. In this part, the paper, taking an university in Shandong Province as an example, examines the reality of quality guarantee system for higher vocational education of agriculture and makes its problems clear.Part three, the international comparison of. In this part, the paper, comparing quality guarantee systems for higher vocational education in British, U.S.A., France, German, and Australia, summarizes the experience of developed countries and makes references for establishing quality guarantee system for higher vocational education of agriculture.Part four, the construction of quality guarantee system for higher vocational education of agriculture. In this part, the paper, analysing the basic principles for building quality guarantee system which meet with the characteristics of higher vocational education of agriculture, basing on the experience of foreign developed countries,sets up an internal and external quality guarantee system, mainly analyses the dimensions and the methods to evaluate the quality of higher vocational education of agriculture.
