Education is people-oriented, focused on the development and cultivation of the younger generation. In fact, the development is closely related to people’s interaction with its surroundings. As a result, factors such as family, kindergartens, as well as community have played a crucial role throughout the development and the growing-up process of children.However, during social practice activities, the author has discovered a number of emerging problems regarding the establishment of the educational system among three parties: families, kindergartens, and communities. During the educational process, the true educational system has never been well established due to reasons such as unclear responsibilities, distinct educational concepts, as well as the singular collaboration modes. As a result, the comprehensive development of the children, both physical and mental, has been greatly restricted.In order to change the current situation, as well as to promote children’s physical and mental development in a healthy way, the author has looked into a great number of relevant papers, and researched, collected, and simultaneously analysed countless relevant results from both local and overseas research studies. Based on the thorough study, the author has conducted survey towards kindergarten teachers, family members, as well as community organizers. With the detailed study results based on the specific examples, the author has proposed four effective means to establish the communal educational system within the three players, namely among family, kindergartens, and communities. First of all, to conduct practical analysis using both tangible and intangible resources from families. Secondly, to locate the roles of kindergartens as well as teachers involved, using the dominant role of kindergarten within the educational eco-system. Next, to study the use of both human and social resources in the community. Last but not the least, to establish an educational database collecting i n f o r m a t i o n f r o m f a m i l i e s, k i n d e r g a r t e n s, a n d c o m m u n i t i e s.In conclusion, with further considerations of relevant organizations, potential system barriers, as well as budget involved in the development of this project, the author has come up with an analytical conclusion: the establishment of the communal educational system, among families, kindergartens, and communities is prospective, specific, and socially-involved. Thus, the system itself needs to be humanistic, diverse, and sustainable.This paper consists of five chapters,talking about the community research of home, kindergarten and community education, providing the real cases for the establishment of the education community for home, kindergarten and community and effective ways,to promote the development of the the practice of education community of family, kindergarten and community.
