The current basic education curriculum reform is in full swing, the high school history curriculum is also accelerating the pace of reform, including the reform of the aspects of the course objectives, course structure, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation. The limited time in high school history class, how to effectively use the time to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, improve learning outcomes, promote the overall development of students, the purpose of history education is the key to the history curriculum reform. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of school history teaching in the classroom, has important significance.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, to explore how to achieve effective teaching high school history. Mainly focused on high school history teaching in the context of the new curriculum reform practice problems to be solved, way to explore the effectiveness of teaching high school history, to expect that the teaching of history has been further improved, and has improved the effectiveness of the high school history teaching. In the limited class time, the students not only learned to benefit from life-long cultural knowledge, and the student’s personal ability to be enhanced, improved the overall quality of the individual, to lay the foundation for future access to the development of society. But also to avoid the loss of opportunities due to the mistakes of personnel training methods in the international competition in China.The article mainly through the existing high school history teaching, research, and a more detailed description on how to further improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. Teaching inputs as little as possible to get as much teaching income, as well as the reform of the basic education curriculum dedication meager forces. The paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is about the question of reason, a comprehensive elaboration of the significance of research on this subject, research background, research methods, and research purposes. Comprehensive analysis of the status quo of previous studies, the research background of current research. Especially the development of traditional teaching and its characteristics from traditional teaching lessons advantage.The second chapter is the theory of effective classroom discussion, I put forward their views on effective classroom on the basis of previous studies that effective classroom must contain three factors:the clear teaching objectives, the guidance of teachers teaching and students to take the initiative to explore. And then from the default, generate, analyze the angle of reflection.The third chapter case studies, lesson teaching process, for example, to illustrate the process of implementation of an effective classroom theory discussed earlier, and to analyze, summarize, sum up.The fourth chapter describes the impact of effective classroom of other factors, mainly explained from the point of view of teachers, including teachers in literacy and external quality, internal framework including political literacy, cultural literacy and other basic literacy and knowledge of the discipline of history, historical thinking skills such as professionalism. External literacy teachers teaching language, the appearance of teachers, teacher behavior.The fifth chapter summary of the contents of the entire article on the front elaborated focused analyzed and summarized to give personal expectations.
