This paper is devoted to discuss the issue about students’Learning Capacity. Considering the foundational status and key function of the elementary education, This requires formal education from the initial stage—pay attention to cultivating students’ modern basic Cultural quality in the stage of Compulsory education, the Learning Capacity of students. Not only promoting students Continuous Learning and sustainable development but also adapt to social completion and get integrated development.This research analyzed the significance of cultivating students’Learning Capacity at primary school based on the social development background and developing situation of pupil Learning Capacity. On the analysis of the connotation and constituent elements of the Learning Capacity, alter formal view about the connotation of Learning Capacity, and distinguish the Learning Capacity and Learning ability, sum up what is Learning Capacity. The Learning Capacity is la fundamental comprehensive ability, learning ability as the core, with learning motivation and perseverance in order to ensure and promote. In the theory of pedagogy and psychology, such as constructivism learning theory, humanistic learning theory achievement attribution theory, to figure out theoretical foundation for training students Learning Capacity. On account of the analysis of the research about Learning Capacity by predecessors, this research keep a watchful eye on the development of elementary school students Learning Capacity and pinpoint the significance of promoting pupils Learning Capacity. Through questionnaires, classroom observation, interviews and other research methods, conduct a survey in students learning motivation、learning perseverance and learning ability about elementary school higher grades in Baoan district, Shenzhen city. Ensure the development situation of students’Learning Capacity is not optimistic, put out students learning objective is ambiguous, lack of self monitoring and intrinsic motivation, learning ability and methods needs improvement may as well. According to these realistic problems, attempting to explore the reasons for lack of Learning Capacity in students.Without doubt, the cultivation of the students Learning Capacity is not isolated, must be implemented in specific course of teaching. As the most important courses in basic education, Chinese curriculum for promotion students Learning Capacity has crucial significance and function. The third chapter is underline analyzes the value of Chinese curriculum for students Learning Capacity from three aspects, such as the character of Chinese subject, status and Chinese teaching. In the specific Chinese classroom teaching to improve and cultivate students Learning Capacity. In Chinese classroom teaching, to analysis the influence factors to promote the students’Learning Capacity, and promote the overall development of students’ Learning Capacity from motivation、perseverance and ability three aspects.
