With the basic education curriculum reform and deepening, all over the country to middleand primary school class teaching knowledge and explore began to enter into the deep andhigh level, the results of teaching theory continuously produce and the successful experienceof classroom teaching reform is printing. Actually, the teaching reform of primary and middleschool classroom has made a remarkable success, but, the study about promote primary andmiddle school classroom teaching reform strategy in area is not well. Whether their systemsof theoretical results, or rich distinctive characteristics of experience is rarely. Primary andmiddle school classroom teaching reform strategy in area is not only favorable to plan thegeneral idea of teaching reform reasonably, optimize teaching and research developmentmodel in whole and integrate the high quality teaching resources effectively, but alsofavorable to promote professional development of teachers and student’s development, and topromote the advancement of the school teaching management efficiency and teaching level.So, the study about promote primary and middle school classroom teaching reform strategy inarea have high academic value and important practical significance.This paper let the type of “harmonious efficient thinking dialogue” Classroom constructionin Yantai as an example, through the research methods of document research, questionnairesurvey, interview survey, action research, experience of research methods, and so on, toexplore the basic strategy of regional advancement primary and middle schools classconstruction, so as to provide reference to the current education administration and businessdepartment.The first chapter is the introduction: raise the research topic, elaborate the background,academic value and application value, resume the design of this study, introduce the coreconcepts of this study and the method of the study.The second chapter is literature review of the study. To analysis the related researchachievements on the foreign effective teaching, effective teachers, effective school, the focusof the analysis is the common concerns of domestic regional advancement elementary andmiddle schools classroom teaching reform, and based on this to summarize the developmenttrend.The third chapter is present situation investigation. To survey the classroom current construction situation, based on the analyzed data, include three existing successfulexperiences, that are administrative and professional together, theory and practice docking,the educational reform and promote each other in teaching and research. And then find theproblem of the measure, teaching scientific level and the teachers’ professional qualities, andanalysis the reasons.The fourth chapter is basic strategy. Construct a strategy system of regional advancementelementary and middle schools class teaching reform. In the teaching management, putforward the policy of localization teaching actions, low center of gravity mechanismoperation, and management effectiveness evaluation. In classroom study, put forward thepolicy of class discussion series of patients, the school-based research subjects, andintegration is subject to reform. In the teachers’ research, put forward the policy of the type ofmenu of project, the learning team construction and the reflective professional, reading,speaking and writing.The fifth chapter is research summary and prospect. Based on the literature review, presentsituation investigation and discuss the strategies to induce the basic conclusion, summarizedstudy found that and look to the follow-up study.
