Education should be regarded as a fundamental task crucial for generations to come, teachers should be put in the first place in education plan, even though our government do their best to improve education quality and we have gotten great achievements since reform and opening up, but we have great gap between with the foreign countries, our country have implemented new curriculum reform since2001and we have set the basic framework for the curriculum reform, such as the goal, contents, structure, implementation, evaluation and management In the contents of the reform, which will be a great challenge to our teachers, in order to help pre-service teachers in normal university get ready for it,they should make great efforts to improve their teaching ability, which is the core of all abilities for a teacher. What’s more, teaching level depends on teaching ability, while talent quality depends on teaching level. After reading literature review, I found that few people pay their attention to the foster of pre-service teachers and the researches of improving the teaching ability of pre-service teachers is less.Basing on the theory of constructivism, Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory and teaching theory of thought pattern, I design the curriculum of fostering pre-service teachers’ teaching skills and put it into effect. In order to test my training,I will observe their teaching performance of30pre-service teachers in before and after the experiment.The thesis was divided in five chapters:The first chapter is preface. In This chapter,I will introduce he related concept of teaching abilities and the structure of teaching abilities at home and abroad, then I will summarizes research significance and research methodsThe second chapter mainly Compile the questionnaires and explores the current situation of the pre-service teachers’ teaching abilities. I get some key features and percentage of the teachers’teaching abilities by distributing questionnaires. I will get to know the true situation of the pre-service teachers’ teaching abilities.The third chapter mainly discuss the design of fostering pre-service teachers’ teaching skills. Basing on Basing on the theory of constructivism, Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory and teaching theory of thought pattern, I design the curriculum of fostering pre-service teachers’ teaching skills, I hope the students who take part in my training will improve their teaching skills.The fourth chapter is mainly discuss the result of my training by observation. On the one hand, in order to help you have a good knowledge of my result, I will introduce you something such as goals, design and tools and the way that I get my results.on the other hand, I will implement my design step by step and get the results from this training.The fifth chapter is the last one, in this chapter I will draw my conclusions and provide you with a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of my research.
