From The Evolution Of The Past 10 Years Of Rhythmic Gymnastics Rules Exploring Trends And Countermeasures Personal Project

As one of the evaluation projects of difficulty and beauty event-group,ryhthmic gymnnastics, the competition rules of which plays a significant role in guiding.croing rules of international rhythmic gymnastics is the guiding paper of rhythmic gymnastics,which not only serves as the reference and measurement during referees’scroing, but also helpathletes and coaches with the arrangement of complete sets of the movements. Under theguidance of the scoring rules, athletes and coaches choreograph on the basis of athletes’bodydifficulty movements types and quantity, the diversity of apparatus difficulty movements, theconnection mode of difficulty movements and etc., and other rules and demands ofchoreography.Rules of international rhythmic gymnastics are alterable, which are modified once everyfour years. And every modification varies with the developments and technology, reflects thenew trend of technology development and thus be with absolute anthority. Thoughrout thedevelopment of rhythmic gymnastics, the revision of rules, on the whole, has plays a goodguding role in promoting the technology development of the project sports. Therefore, as soonas new rules are announced, coaches and athletes of rhythmic gymnastics study carefully,understand and dive into learing the rules to know the changes of the rules and improve theskills. Therefore, we should be familiar and grasp the spirit of the rules, improve the ablitityof understanding the rules and do the scientific traing which being rules oriented so that futherimprove the skills level of national rhythmic gymnastics.This paper sets the editions of international rhythmic gymnastics rules of2005,2009and2013as the research objects, use documents method, data statistic method, expert interviewmethod and other research methods to find the differences of these editions and then penetratethe development trend of individual events of rhythmic gymnastics.Research results show that:Compared with2005and2009edition of the scroing rules of international rhythmicgymnastics, the rules2013are adjusted in five aspects of the rating score, body difficulty,apparatus difficulty, artistic value, and the execution. And the paper explores the followingdevelopment trend of individual events of rhythmic gymnastics:（1）Body difficultymovements towards athletics.（2）Perfect integration of apparatus technology and bodymovements.（3）Art of regression.（4）High specifications is the forceful guarantee ofrhythmic gymnastics to "perfect".（5）Harmonious coexistence of humanization and athletics.Therefore, according to the main spirit of2013international rhythmic gymnasticsscoring rules and the development trend of rhythmic gymnastics individual events, the latertraining should improve athletes’ competitive ability in the respect of the special physicalquality, the proficiency of instruments operation and others to strengthen athletes’ artistic expression and the cultivation of psychological quality for athletes. At the same time, coachesshould keep2013international rhythmic gymnastics scroing rules as guidance, play fully theimagination and creativity to choreograph the distinct and unique“Art”.
