Comparative Study Of The Mechanism Of Sino-US Culture College Athletes

As the physical and mental development level, knowledge structure ofcollege athletes are so important, there will be a great influence on the developmentof university sports. Therefore, to ensure the overall quality of college athletes,recruiting system is particularly important. The NCAA represents as a managementorganization of the university sports. After more than one hundred years ofdevelopment, American collegiate sport has become a very perfect and regularcompetition organization system, which once was the original spontaneous sport.Through sound recruitment system, perfect the laws and regulations, strict conductstandard, effectively control the enrollment of college athletes. Such managementsystem makes the college athletes not only has a high professional level, but also hasno difference with normal university students on academic. NCAA integratesupervises American university sports, clearly make the rules and regulations of highlevel athletes’ recruitment, management, learning, competition organization andmanagement agency settings, to ensure smooth and fair holding of university sportsactivities. This kind of action played an immeasurable role in promoting competitivesports development of the United States. However, after tens of years later, in theprocess of economic reform of sports system in our country, we realized thatrecruiting high-level athletes would promote a great development of the competitivesports. Therefore, we established the FUSC in1975. After gradually improvement,we recombination FUSC organizations, especially some legislation departments,supervision and evaluation departments, while some existing effective organizationsstill retained, in order to making FUSC organization become more reasonable, regularand perfect. With improvement, FUSC has quickly become the real corporatemanagement, relying on the government to some extent, at the same time, it can alsorun itself.This paper adopted the method of literature review, content analysis, comparativeanalysis and expert investigation and so on compares the development and theorganization chart of FUSC and NCAA, comparatively analyzing the differences onthe recruitment system of the two countries, in order to finding the shortage andproblems in our system, and put forward reasonable advices.
