| The rapid development of information technology has affected the reform and innovation in the field of education,and the emergence of micro-courses has led to changes in educational models and educational theories,reflecting the core concept of "student-oriented" in the new curriculum reform.At present,as China’s traditional sports cultural heritage,Guozhuang dance has been included in the content of physical education courses by many colleges and universities,expanding the space for the inheritance and development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in China,and enriching the content of physical education in China’s colleges and universities.In order to effectively integrate Guozhuang dance,a traditional minority sport,into the physical education of colleges and universities,and integrate the teaching of Guozhuang dance with modern information technology,Guozhuang Dance,a traditional minority sport,will be promoted and carried forward throughout the country.Based on this,this study uses the advantages of small and precise micro-courses,without geographical and time restrictions,to design and produce the teaching content of the micro-course of Guozhuang dance,so as to provide an excellent carrier for the inheritance and development of Guozhuang dance.This study uses literature method,interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,to sort out and summarize the theoretical basis of the design of Guozhuang dance micro-course,design and make the teaching content of Guozhuang dance micro-course case,and compare and analyze the data before and after the experiment through application practice,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Guozhuang dance micro-course is based on constructivist learning theory,blended learning theory,connected learning concept and second-generation cognitive science as the theoretical basis,follows the course attributes and technical attributes,takes subjectivity,subtlety,systematization and fun as the basic principles,constructs the design model of the teaching content of the Guozhuang dance micro-course from the dimensions of teaching design,process design,script design and other dimensions,and produces a Guozhuang dance micro-video suitable for students’ learning,which enriches the teaching content of college sports and innovates the teaching methods of college sports.(2)The teaching content of Guozhuang dance micro-course has prominent themes and focused problems,which is convenient for students to watch repeatedly,targeted practice,and has strong practicality and operation.In order to optimize the teaching content of Guozhuang dance micro-course,the expert group also fully affirmed the teaching content of Guozhuang dance micro-course,and put forward improvement suggestions from three aspects: rationality,standardization and teaching effect of micro-video,which also provides the goal and direction for the design and application of the teaching content of Guozhuang dance micro-course in the future.(3)From the feedback and subjective evaluation of students’ teaching effect,it can be reflected that the application of the teaching content of Guozhuang dance micro-course to teaching can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching,improve students’ interest in learning,and also have significant results in improving theoretical knowledge and technical movements.(4)The application effect of the teaching content of Guozhuang dance micro-course is remarkable,which also affirms the positive role of micro-course in college physical education.This new teaching method breaks the traditional mode of teaching and learning,fully highlights the main position of students,stimulates students’ enthusiasm for learning and thirst for knowledge,cultivates students’ ability to explore and learn independently,and provides reference for the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. |
