The Situation Survey And Analysis Of Physical Master Education’s In Fujian Province

Postgraduate education is the highest level of our education structure, which bears todevelop talented and researched-based postgraduates for our country’s socialist construction.Since the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degrees having beenimplemented in1981, postgraduate education developed rapidly with great expansion ofenrollments. Especially after1990s, to meet the society’s requirements of talents andpostgraduate education, our country adjusted the enrolling policies for universities, which led tothe great expansion of enrollments. Under the background of postgraduate educationdevelopment, physical education has also expanded its enrollments. Since the first postgraduateof physical education having been recruited in1978, PE postgraduate education developedrapidly, and it has formed a training system for developing PE talents with a certain size underthe leadership of Academic Degree Commission of the State Council and Ministry of Education.In recent years, physical education and graduate education have achieved remarkableprogress in Fujian Province, which provide a great amount of graduates to the relevantemployers. However, with the development of society, in the Fujian Province’s physical graduatecultivation, theories do not put into practice and what students learn cannot meet therequirements of society and development of Fujian Province. Such problems obviously cannotmeet the requirements of Fujian Province’s economic, cultural and sports development. Theincreasing number of graduates majored in physical education makes a sharp contrast to thedegrading graduate quality, thus lowering the employment rate. This situation makes usreconsider what problems are in our education and physical graduate education. Aimed at newsituation and problems in Fujian Province’s physical graduate education, this paper discusses andanalyzes the Fujian Province’s physical education tutors, their students and some factors byusing literature data, questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics, andcomparative analysis. The result shows that the mode of cultivation of high-level physicaleducation students in Fujian Province is relatively sole. The management of cultivation, theformulation of cultivation objectives, the rationality of curriculum, the flexibility of studyduration and evaluation system exist problems. According to the problems mentioned above, it isnecessary to adopt some advanced training experiences of PE postgraduate education from eachcountry, learn and use their researching achievements on academic degree and postgraduateeducation, and then find out the new method and approach of PE postgraduate education trainingin Fujian Province in order to improve their PE postgraduates’ quality.
