In2009, Chinese academic degree and graduate education reform, began to pursue a full-time professional master degree postgraduate education, the first full-time Master of Science in Physical Education of professional degree graduate students emerge as the times require. As of the end of2011, China has recruited three number of full-time Master of Science in Physical Education of professional degree postgraduates, but due to the lack of training experience, this innovative education mode is still in the exploratory stage, the urgent need for timely find problems, summarize experience and lessons of training work, actively explore ways to improve the quality to promote the culture, to promote the healthy land development. At present, our country carries on the research limitation, relatively less research, research level and depth also remains to be excavated. The purpose of this study is to hope that through the first full-time Master of Science in Physical Education of professional degree graduate cultivation and employment status of the investigation, analyse and grasp the cultured in the presence of prominent problems, and puts forward some new insights and corresponding countermeasures, with a view to the future of the full-timeMaster of Science in Physical Education of professional degree postgraduate education for reference, promote the training and improve the quality of graduates’employment, but also for Chinese Master of Science in Physical Education of professional degree education of the theory are useful supplement. This research mainly uses the literature law, investigation method of the questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics and so on, recruiting link combination, employment status investigation and Analysis on the training objectives, and years, courses, professional courses and practice, training mode, research are discussed, and from the talent training model should be able to promote the training quality and meet the needs of society new angle, put forward his own opinion. Study finds:the first full-time Master of Science in Physical Education of professional degree graduate students special, graduates’ employment situation is not ideal, expected training goal training effect is not obvious, there are many outstanding issues, is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of personnel training. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The first full-time Master of Science in Physical Education of professional degree graduate students in graduating undergraduate course graduate, have the occupation experience is not much, cross professional election report accounted for a certain proportion of students, with special training, difficulty. The graduates’ employment rate is56.9%, the pressure of employment in the larger society, the employment rate is not low, but with the expected target to have certain difference, the employment situation is not very ideal, employment diameter is relatively small, the school employment guidance and service is strengthened urgently.(2) The training of the college on the positioning of training target and standard guidelines to maintain consistent, but the combination of a lack of professional characteristics of the specific training requirements, individual training in the implementation process of its training objectives is not clear; the vast majority of training institutions will study period of2years, students generally reflect the time arrangement a nervous, professional practice and thesis writing is not effectively protect the time; three year study period of relatively loose.(3) Part of the students to the school curriculum and teaching content, teaching mode is not satisfied with the. The main problems are:teaching practice proportion is relatively low; part of the cultivation of college curriculum and teaching content and lack of practice, advanced knowledge of the binding, too much emphasis on the professional theoretical knowledge system development, and practice are not closely connected, academic trend of Jiao Mingxian; and the elective course content is narrow, lack and other disciplines combination, not conducive to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability and personality development.(4) The majority of the cultivation of college professional practice effect is not ideal, the lack of a clear occupation orientation, can highlight the professional degree education characteristics. Practice arrangement with a recommendation, emphasis on practice teaching content, up to75.6%of the respondents had tutored, and practice and assessment standard. Some training units in the professional practice of not paying enough attention, failed to timely to provide students with professional practice platform and guarantee mechanism, did not cast off traditional academic master degree training model.(5) The majority of the students of practice value is not high, lack of innovation, content of practice. Some training units in the thesis that insufficient attention to the guidance of a mentor, strength, student selection resource is not rich enough, the lack of certain scientific training level.
