The academic degrees committee of the state councildecided in2005to implement Master of physical education. Early in this degree, Recruiting objectmainly part-time professional Master of physical education, Launched in2009the ministry ofeducation decision,“expand to recruit mainly undergraduate course graduates of full-time master’sprofessional degree range, to carry out the full-time master’s professional degree graduate education, inorder to better adapt to the national economic construction and social development of high-level talentsis an urgent need to develop professional degree education with Chinese characteristics”. In sportstraining areas as an important branch in the master’s professional sports, plays a very important role inthe practical training in the future. In Shandong province to recruit five master of sports training in thefield of curriculum has aimed at the analysis, development and innovation of degree education isdedicated to provide you with some reference has a realistic significance.This article uses the literature material method, expert interview method, case analysis, thequestionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, theShandong province Master of physical education in the field of sports training curriculum presentsituation carries on the comprehensive analysis of the survey, According to the result of investigationand study analysis, indicates that the factors affecting curriculum rationality as well as theimplementation of the training goal, through the feasibility of practice activities at the same time, tobetter solve the field of sports training not enough outstanding teaching characteristics, less advancedknowledge,have in common and no personality. And put forward the correspondingSuggestions and countermeasures; reveal the full-time master’s degree in sports training in the field ofdevelopment trendThe corresponding countermeasures:1. Attention should be paid to the training target in the curriculum reform as guidance of all thecourses starting point and foothold, further optimize curriculum structure proportion of rationality. 2. Innovative curriculum knowledge, and strive to embody the course of time, to keep pace with TheTimes, continuous innovation, further improve the quality of the course.3.
