Era of education regression modern teaching people-oriented management philosophy, the well-being of teachers becoming educators hot research, the relationship between the spirituality of the high school teachers and subjective happiness research is one important aspect.The spirituality is a transcendent experience of the individual, to enhance the meaning and purpose of it is through the process, cultivate a sense of connection with others to enrich the individual’s inner life experience to achieve the individual intrinsic spiritual needs and the interaction of the meaning of life, so as to enhance the individual the soul level. Its content mainly includes three levels of cognition, emotion and behavior.Subjective happiness custom evaluation criteria, its own sense of life satisfaction and emotional condition of the integrity of the assessment and psychological experience, including cognitive components and affective components, is a measure of individual quality of life and psychological status comprehensive psychological indicators. The relationship between this study was to investigate the mechanism of high school teachers spirituality impact on SWB, for practicing teachers Happiness Management.In this study, the use of a questionnaire, in the choice of scale with the spirituality of the rating scale and overall happiness scale.230teachers selected Heyuan City, seven high school for the study, in order to obtain data for correlation analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis. The main conclusions are as follows:High school teachers spirituality development is good overall, but significant differences exist due to the difference of the marital status, age and length of service, the spirituality dimension.Development of subjective well-being of the high school teachers generally good, but only there are significant differences in marital status factors, there is no significant difference in gender, age and length of service.High school teachers, the presence of spirituality and subjective happiness significantly related spirituality dimension able to predict an individual’s subjective sense of happiness.
