In this paper, the organization and management of the Chinese teaching of American children is the research content, based on the theories of the organization and management of teaching, the children education differences between China and America and the characteristics of children’s psychological development, combined with specific Chinese teaching cases of American children, summed up the strategies of the organization and management of the Chinese teaching of American children. Mainly in the following aspects:Firstly, the children education differences between China and America is mainly reflected in:the collectivism and the individualism, wether equality or not between the teacher and child, the evaluation method and the view about the children’s nature. These differences of education have great impact on the organization and management of the Chinese teaching of American children. For example, children should be seen as an independent individual, their individual differences should be respected, differentiated instruction should be implemented. The group and peer cooperation activity is the effective organizational form of the differentiated instruction. Teachers are collaborators of children, rather than disposable, children are the center of teaching, children should participate in making class rules and implementing the organization and management of class activities, teachers should respect the children’s interests and experience.Secondly, the characteristics of children’s psychological development also have important impact on the organization and management of Chinese teaching. First of all, the children’s attention span is very limited, involuntary attention is in dominant. Teachers should take advantage of the involuntary attention, and actively guide the voluntary attention. The involuntary attention and the voluntary attention should work alternately, to avoid children feeling fatigue. Second, young children’s thinking is mainly concrete thinking, so in teaching teachers should implement the principle of intuitive, making rules and organizing activities should hands-on demonstrate, simple and clear. Third, at this stage, most of the children are in the phase of action first. Specific experience and short-term goals can help them to learning better. Teaching activities using storytelling and role play, and so on, can enhance children’s interest in learning.Thirdly, the inspiration of the characteristics of children’s second language learning to the organization and management of Chinese teaching mainly include:the creation of the Chinese learning environment. Chinese should be the language of the organization and management of class teaching, and increase comprehensible input. To create a safe and comfortable learning environment for children to reduce the anxiety. Mobilizing the variety sensory organs of children, to strengthen the intuition and fun.
