Chemical experiments is an important way for students to understand the chemistry and chemical investigation. The chemical curriculum reform special emphasis on the ability of students chemistry experiment. In order to reflect the new curriculum ideas, good selection, college entrance examination must be to strengthen the capacity and quality of the test. The research projects mainly based on cognitive learning theory and educational measurement theory, according to the requirements of the experimental studies of chemistry, to take literature analysis method, on the following research:(1) Theoretical Construction of the high school students chemistry experiment ability index system and chemical laboratory capabilities structure;(2) Put forward the ability of the test index system of the college entrance examination chemical experiments;(3) Analysis of the experimental questions examine the proportion of new curriculum in recent years the college entrance examination in chemistry papers presented content;(4) Analysis of Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hainan entrance chemistry examination examined the ability of chemical experiments;(5) Based on the above research, teaching strategies to improve the chemical laboratory capabilities.The results showed that:(1) Chemical laboratory capabilities of the high school students can be divided according to the material and experimental study of the general process of discovery and to determine the experimental subjects, the development of the experimental program, the implementation of the experimental program, results processing and expression, experimental evaluation and reflect on the five elements. The ability to build a high school chemistry experiment experimental content, capacity factor, and the three-dimensional structure of the quality of thinking from the perspective of the quality of thinking.(2) Entrance chemical experiments the ability to examine the index system is divided into discovery and to determine the experimental subjects, the development of the experimental program, the implementation of the experimental program, results processing and expression, experimental evaluation and Reflection the five elements Hutchison knowledge knowledge, grasp the principle, to solve the problem of three levels.(3) Chemical papers of the new curriculum college entrance test questions examine the proportion of the general trend is an increasing proportion; rendered in the form and presentation of background diversification, concerns the organic combination of words, figures, tables; examined from materials above materials, to contact social life and industrial production, reflecting the inquiry and openness.(4) College chemistry examination examine the weight of the experimental capacity factors from strong to weak were:to develop the ability of the experimental program, the results of the expression and processing capabilities, the ability to experimental program, the experimental evaluation of the ability to reflect, discovery and the ability to determine the experimental subjects. Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hainan college entrance examination on the ability of the test chemical experiments showed different characteristics.(5) In teaching to improve students’ chemistry experiment ability is necessary to attach importance to the students’ awareness of the problem; emphasis on mental training to improve the thinking ability of students to experiment; emphasis on training to improve the ability of students to experiment; emphasis on problem-solving, to improve students’ ability to solve experimental problems.
