Migrant children sports equal right to the heart of the problem is that migrant children cannot enjoy equal like the local urban school-age children’s sports right.In this paper, using the literature material law, expert interview method, comparative analysis and questionnaire investigation method, try starting from the stipulations of the constitution and relevant laws and regulations, and according to the reality of the school sports work, the study for the equal rights in the process of social integration of migrant children sports development design scientific and feasible legal protection mechanisms, and practical measures.Study found that better in three cities migrant children school sports rights mainly exist the following problems: One, Ning Zhen Yang town three city migrant children school sports facilities are very poor, managerial condition is not good, sports funding obviously inadequate; Second, the migrant children school physical education teaching, the curriculum system is incomplete, no good evaluation, supervision and machine series; Students’healthy physical fitness test blank. Three, migrant children school extracurricular sports activity time insufficiency, the irregular; Lack of amateur sports training, sports to carry out the low frequency, there is no specific amateur sports training mechanism; Time is short, project. Four, the migrant children schools physical education teachers, comprehensive quality is not high, unreasonable structure of teachers. Five, the migrant children schools don’t have a special management department, school sports management is not perfect,. Six, the surrounding environment more bad, safe hidden trouble is much, seriously affected the students’physical health and personal safety. Seven, children of migrant workers to participate in sports activities is relatively single, the purpose of the life of the community, family, school and so on sports exercise atmosphere is bad, to a great extent, influence the formation of their good physical valuesAccording to the research put forward the following countermeasures:to protect the rights of migrant children in sports One, strengthen the migrant children schools in three cities of laws and regulations, policy implementation, so as to promote better in migrant children schools, the healthy development of school sports. Second, strengthen the supervision and management of migrant children schools, provide protection for migrant children school. Three or more to migrant children schools of investment in infrastructure and equipment, sports venues, schools for migrant children school sports development to provide certain material guarantee.
