Chorus teaching plays an important role in children's music education which is an essential part of aesthetic education,and children's chorus makes up an important part of music education.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of children's chorus ability has always been one of meaningful means of music education.It is an important issue in the current study of music education in China that how to cultivate and develop children's learning ability and shape children's personality,nourishment of the mind,as well as their comprehensive growth.Chorus has been popularized and become the primary method of music education in China,and Yang Hongnian,a veteran of music education,has made outstanding contributions to this result in his teaching career for more than 50 years.His teaching philosophy and methods are practical,effective and suitable for the special music environment in China.As a result,it is necessary to carry out children's music education in practice regarding Mr.Yang's chorus teaching philosophyWith the continuous improvement of people's cultural quality and the needs of children's cultural life,children's chorus has developed vigorously in China as an elegant form of music art.The pleasant and beautiful chorus can guide children into the colorful music world and cultivate musical perception.Meanwhile,the establishment of children's choir plays an essential role in popularizing music education and promoting the comprehensive development of young people.Professor Yang Hongnian made outstanding contributions to the development of children's chorus.He is a renowned conductor and educator in China,working as vice chairman of the International Children's Choir and Performing Arts Association,director of the Chinese Musicians Association,and professor of conducting department of the Central Conservatory of Music.His unique performance art and his skills and characteristics in chorus training have been praised by domestic and overseas experts,and he has been regarded as "the master who truly understands the mystery of chorus art".He has his own teaching system allowing children to make beautiful and pleasant sound.This article studies his teaching theory and teaching system of children's chorus from the humanistic perspective,exploring how he cultivates and develops children's learning ability,creativity,as well as complete the shaping of children's personality,the nourishment of the mind,the comprehensive growth,and the continuous improvement of the overall spirit through the role of the teacher.This research is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is the actual research,which investigates Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching and analyzes the composition and teaching characteristics of his children's chorus teaching system.The second part is research on oughtness.This part mainly focuses on the intrinsic compatibility between humanism thoughts and Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching thoughts,and Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching philosophy and ideas.The third part summarizes the value of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching.All in all,from conductor to educator,from chorusing to educating,and from China to the world,Yang Hongnian has completed a leap in multiple role transformation.In real practice,the author conducted a field trip to Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching,and investigated students,parents,outstanding graduates,teaching teams,Yang Hongnian,and management personnel of the Children's Choir.Questionnaires,interviews and observational research methods were used to obtain relevant research data,and excel software was used to analyze and organize data.According to the teaching of children's chorus and the theory of classroom training observation,the author made the observation table of children's chorus teaching,observed the classroom of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching,and analyzed the teaching system,connotation,and teaching characteristics of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus,so as to provide the basis for Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching philosophy.In the aspect of oughtness research,through combing the humanistic ideology theory of Maslow and Rogers,the author proposed the teaching concept of personal potential and self-value realization.At the same time,the author puts forward the theoretical viewpoint that Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching is intrinsically compatible with humanistic thinking.The research results obtained through the above studies are elaborated below:1.Practice level: Through surveys,interviews,etc.,it is found that the training methods of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus are unique from the three perspectives of students,teaching and management.And the unique characteristic of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus training method is embodied in the use of "silent" command gesture for interpretation,the seamless connection of melody lines,voice interweaving,sound balance and other training techniques.Through the practice analysis of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching,the author reaches the conclusion of question 1 that Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching system is unique which contains three aspects,namely,adaptability,scientificity and systematicness.2.The philosophical level: Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching pursues the educational concept of "love and dedication",allowing students to better realize their values and perfect their personality under the guidance of "truthfulness,goodness and beauty".Through the analysis of the intrinsic compatibility between Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching thought and humanism,the conclusion of question 2 is drawn that Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching philosophy is not deliberate pursuit,while it has achieved a student-centered teaching philosophy in reality.Yang Hongnian's teaching philosophy runs through his chorus teaching.In the process of learning,children could unconsciously realize their self-worth,shape themselves in good character and improve their aesthetic realm,which are the sublimation of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching thought.Through the analysis of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching concept,the conclusion of question 3is drawn that Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching philosophy is respectful education,love and dedication,as well as self-realization.By analyzing the teaching value of children's chorus in Yang Hongnian,the conclusion of question 4 is that the value of children's chorus teaching in Yang Hongnian is from conductor to educator,from chorus to education,from China to the world.The research contributes to the current Chinese children's chorus teaching research: 1.Through the field investigation,the current situation of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching is understood;2.The composition and characteristics of Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching system are analyzed.3.The intrinsic compatibility between humanism and Yang Hongnian's chorus teaching thoughts is comprehensively analyzed,which makes Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching concept sublimated.4.Yang Hongnian's children's chorus teaching plays the exemplary role in the Chinese children's chorus community,which has a high value and promotes the development of contemporary Chinese children's chorus.
