The sports characteristics of aerobics accord with the characteristics of aerobics and play an active role in promoting people's cultural connotation and artistic competitive ability.Aerobics shows a variety of technical movements,the sense of rhythm is more distinct,the changeable shape has a certain ornamental value,so the development of aerobics in our country has gained a certain mass basis.Long-term participation in aerobics can reduce the body fat and blood pressure,increase the strength and flexibility of muscles,enhance the coordination of the human body,and thus improve the basic physical fitness of the human body.In addition,as a form of aerobic exercise,adhere to the exercise of aerobics,can In order to promote the improvement of blood circulation system and respiratory function of young people,the contents of bone and mineral matter in young people were increased in order to promote the improvement of blood circulation system.The whole range of aerobics exercise is positive,and the shape of human body is also playing a positive role.On the basis of two-way improvement of posture and psychological quality,the self-confidence of the practitioner will be greatly improved.The active role of aerobics in fitness and mind-building is also one of the reasons why people love aerobics.On the basis of the research on the theory and practice of fitness calisthenics at home and abroad,this paper combines the physical and mental characteristics of female college students to study mass aerobics.Data,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on were given to female college students for 12 weeks.The changes of body shape,body composition,body quality and self-confidence before and after the experiment were analyzed,and the changes of body shape,body composition,body quality and self-confidence were analyzed.This paper discusses the beneficial value of aerobics to promote and popularize aerobics,to improve the self-confidence of female college students and to choose a reasonable sports mode to reduce fat and build up the body,and provides some practical reference for the promotion and popularization of aerobics.It also provides a certain theoretical basis for scientific fitness.As a result of the study,the following conclusions were drawn:1 in the experimental study,the physical composition,physical quality and self-confidence of the female college students in the experimental group who had been trained in mass aerobics had obviously improved,but the body composition and physical quality of the female college students in the control group who had not been intervened had been improved obviously.Confidence has not changed.2 popular aerobics has a positive effect on the body shape of female college students.Under the condition of enough intensity and enough training amount,it can help the female college students to shape a good body shape quickly.The effect of mass aerobics on body composition of female college students was very significant.When female college students took part in mass aerobics exercise time and intensity gradually increased,the subcutaneous fat content(skinfold thickness)and body fat content decreased obviously.3 in order to increase the aesthetic sense of action,female college students need to improve the visual effect of mass aerobics by increasing the range of movement in their study and training,and the sports process of mass aerobics is the same as that of the general aerobics,and it is necessary for the female students to improve the visual effect of the mass aerobics.It is improving the physical flexibility of the female college students involved in it.Therefore,popular aerobics significantly improved the flexibility of female college students.In the indexes of flexion in front of sitting position,the results showed that there was a significant improvement in the indexes of sitting position forward flexion.4 after 12 weeks of mass aerobics training,most of the female college students have improved their physical and mental appearance,and have clearly felt that their self-confidence has improved significantly compared with that before the training,and that after 12 weeks of mass aerobics training,most of the female college students have improved their physical and mental appearance.In the aspect of physical improvement,the female college students can improve their physical charm significantly,and then produce the result of increasing self-confidence.
