In recent years,with the popularity and promotion of little basketball,special training of little basketball players has become a research hotspot.Little basketball,as a competitive sports item on the same court,has high requirements on the core strength of athletes.Research on the impact of core strength training on the body composition,body form and physical quality indicators of little basketball players.It is necessary to perfect the sports training of small basketball players.This study adopts the cluster sampling method in the probability sampling principle,selects the young basketball players in the basketball training camp as the experimental objects,designs the experimental scheme,and conducts the experimental teaching and training.After 12 weeks of experimental teaching and training,experimental data were tested,and mathematical statistics methods(including comparison,T-test of paired samples,T-test of independent samples,etc.),comparison method,induction and deduction were used to obtain the results and conclusions of the influence of core strength training on the body composition,body form and physical quality of young basketball players.According to the results and conclusions,the differences between core strength training and traditional strength training in improving the physical quality of small basketball players are compared,and the effects of core strength training on the athletic performance,athletic ability and sports injury prevention of small basketball players are discussed.Based on the experimental results,a more scientific and effective core strength training plan is developed for young basketball players.Results and Conclusions:(1)Core strength training for small basketball players in terms of body composition indexes,the content of inorganic salts,water and skeletal muscle in the body composition of small basketball players in the experimental group had significant changes compared with before the experiment(p<0.05),but there were no significant changes in fat-free weight,body fat,protein and waist-to-hip fat ratio(p>0.05).In the control group,there were no significant differences in the body composition of fat removal weight,body fat,protein,inorganic salt,water content,skeletal muscle and waist-hip fat ratio compared with before the experiment(p>0.05).The content of inorganic salts,water and skeletal muscle in the body composition of small basketball players in the experimental group and the control group were compared after the experiment,there were significant differences(p<0.05).(2)In terms of body shape indexes of small basketball players,chest circumference and waist circumference of small basketball players in the experimental group were increased compared with those before the experiment,and showed significant difference changes(p<0.05),but there were no significant difference changes in Ketolet index and hip circumference(p>0.05);There were no significant differences in Ketole index,chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference of young basketball players in control group before and after the experiment(p>0.05).The indexes of chest circumference and waist circumference of athletes in the experimental group and control group were compared after the experiment,and there were significant differences(p<0.05).(3)In terms of physical fitness indexes of young basketball players,the 50 m,standing long jump,1min sit-up and front throwing solid ball of young basketball players in the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.05),while there were no significant differences in sitting forward bend,1min rope skipping and 50*8(p>0.05).The standing long jump and 50 m of small basketball players in the control group showed significant improvement after the experiment(p<0.05),but there were no significant differences in sitting forward bend,1min sit-up,1min solid ball throwing,1min rope skipping and 50*8(p>0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in 1min sit-up and front throwing solid ball(p<0.05);There were no significant differences in seated forward bend,50 m,standing long jump,1min rope jump and 50*8(p>0.05).Propose:(1)In the training plan of small basketball players,coaches should pay full attention to the introduction of core strength training items.According to individual differences and characteristics of athletes,different core strength training programs are designed,including balance training,functional training and resistance training.At the same time,coaches need to pay close attention to the feedback of athletes in the training process,so as to adjust and optimize the training plan and ensure the maximum training effect.(2)Small basketball players are in the stage of growth and development,in the core strength training,coaches should pay attention to the training load of small basketball players,prevent over training,in order to reduce the risk of sports injury.In order to ensure that the training load is appropriate,coaches need to closely observe the athletes’ physical reactions and timely adjust the training plan.At the same time,coaches should also guide athletes to develop good living habits and diet structure,and ensure adequate rest and nutrition supplement to support training needs and physical recovery.(3)Combine core strength training with quality training.Under the premise of reasonable arrangement of training,pay attention to the combination of aerobic training and anaerobic training,dynamic training and static training.The core strength level of junior basketball players is evaluated regularly.According to the evaluation results,coaches can find out the advantages and disadvantages of young basketball players,and then adjust the training plan to ensure the continuous improvement of the training effect.(4)The core strength training does not improve the agility,flexibility and endurance quality of small basketball players.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the sensitive quality,flexibility and endurance quality of small basketball players by other means.For example,increase the training of agility and flexibility in the warm-up activities before training or relaxation activities after training,and carry out regular endurance training.In addition,according to the actual situation of small basketball players,a personalized core strength training plan is developed to ensure that the training content and intensity are suitable for the development stage of small basketball players.At the same time,coaches also need to pay attention to the psychological quality of young basketball players,through effective psychological intervention and guidance,improve the confidence,perseverance and anti-frustration ability of young basketball players,so as to better cope with the challenges brought by core strength training.
